We had been looking and test driving Nissan Armada's for quite sometime, we found the 2020 Armada at TrueBuy & went in with a mindset of were going to buy if all goes well, & it's meant to be. The Civic I test-drove was fantastic, just like the pictures online. Amanda answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, even the nitty-gritty ones about mileage and maintenance history. She was knowledgeable about the car and its features, which made me feel confident in my decision.
But what truly impressed me was Amanda's willingness to work with me. I a specific budget in mind, and she worked with the finance team to find a payment plan that fit my needs. My car messed up and I decided it was time for a new car. I looked online and seen one I really liked. Decided it was worth my time to go in and see what I could do about getting it. From the moment I stepped out of my car I got the VIP treatment. Was offered water as I waited for all the paperwork. They really worked with me and with what I could do. We had a great experience buying a car at TruBuy. We sent in an interest form about a car we found on their website and a representative contacted us the same day to set up a test drive for the next day. They confirmed the appointment in the morning and had the car ready for us when we arrived. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out with keys to our new car, it was less than two hours! So much faster and less hassle than at traditional dealerships. Tina, Carol and Luigi were all fantastic to work with. We highly recommend them!

Yesterday I went to True Buy Automotive to test drive a 2020 Jeep Cherokee that caught my eye. Immediately upon arriving, I had the BEST experience.
