We wound up being in Thomasville NC because of an unexpected family medical emergency. We stayed at the Comfort Inn for 6 nights and 7 days. We found the hotel to be extremely clean and well appointed. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. We had fresh towels daily and bed was made. The hot breakfast was good with fruit, yogurts, eggs, sausage, waffle maker and really good coffee. The thing that impressed us the most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was helpful, smiling and looked happy to be working. The owner was very sweet and you could tell how hard she was working to upgrade the hotel. Thank you all for being so great to us during a difficult time.

Really impressed with the service and hospitality. I was tired and it was the middle of the night as I was on my way up to Virginia for a work conference so I stopped at this location in Thomasville, and Ronnie was extremely helpful getting me checked in and made the process really easy. Room was clean, breakfast was great, manager/owner was also there when I checked out and made sure to ask me how my stay was. Highly recommend!

Room was clean and newly renovated. They had free breakfast but we sleep in and missed it.

Came for our dance competition this weekend. Lori the front desk manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. She even went as far as putting balloons in my daughters room as it was her birthday. She made my 8 year old feel so special on her Birthday! Thank you so much Lori! Rooms were super clean. Lobby was also very clean and new updates were done. Totally satisfied and would stay here again.

The rooms were so clean and service was great! Front desk was super kind and the breakfast was satisfactory. They recently remodeled the entire hotel so the entire place felt brand new. I will definitely be visiting again and I 100% recommend staying here.

I'm a Gold Star family member, our family was invited to participate in the events for the Memorial Day services and Parade for Veterans. Our experience was excellent, a well kept environment compared to others, rooms were clean and comfortable, the remote for the TV was a little off but. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The service was a 10. Our family says. Thanks to all involved for your hospitality kindness.

Very clean hotel and comfortable beds.. besides being woken up at 2am for someone down the hall clapping cheeks and moaning for the whole floor to hear, this was a very nice place and I would recommend this particular one.

This may be an older hotel but it is well taken care of. Updated rooms and breakfast area. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast in the morning. Would recommend to anyone that wants a good stay at a great price.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet area close to freeway for easy access but far enough from freeway to not hear traffic. Staff very accommodating and focused on giving excellent customer service. Their collective attitude has been "what else can I do to make your stay here better?" We will include this stop in future trips.

I arrived at the hotel far later than I expected and was exhausted. Given the price point I was not expecting a great experience but I was pleasantly surprised. I was an exhausted hot mess upon arrival and the kind lady checking me in (I believe her name was Jessica) not only made me smile but made the check in process fast and efficient. I was underwhelmed by the breakfast but overall, a good experience, excellent night staff and I slept
Well. What more could you want from a hotel right?

We were traveling on a trip, 200 miles from our destination and home. We started having car issues we needed to address. So I google searched the closest hotel and comfort in popped up. So we managed to limp our way there. I walked in and a lady named Laurie at the front desk was super nice and helpful. When we told them what happened they were super accommodating and gave me a list of mechanics I could call the next morning and gave us a great rate on our room. They were so nice and let us kee our canoe in a storage area while the car was being worked on. Great staff and service. Thank you!

I could not get the website to accept my reservation for the next night, I was bringing my son & I to visit the NC Trans. Museum ,down the road in Spencer, NC. Being officially disabled for the past 4 years makes many "extras', like going on an overnight "fun" trip, financially difficult. However, now...I was, finally, going to get to take my little, Train-loving, 7 year old, who is high-functioning, but nevertheless, Autistic, to see the trains and, especially, Big #611 (who "lives" in Roanoke, VA where we live, too, at the VA Museum of Transportation) who is being restored at the Spencer Shops on the museum grounds in Spencer. It was 1:30 AM, & we were leaving very early for our trip down, so I just took a chance & called the Front Desk phone # listed. The Night Clerk, Brian, answered and my experience, immediately started becoming very positive. He took my name and phone #, assured me of a room and a phone call confirming it later on that day by the Morning Clerk, "Nicky". He was great ! Nicky called me at about 8:15 AM & verified what Brian had told her, about me, and also said I would have a room. Fast Forward, my son & I had a GREAT time visiting the Museum !, then it was time to drive to the motel and, hopefully, enjoy the rest of our night in a nice, clean room w/ wi-fi & cable. We were not disappointed ! A little snag w/ the reservation was quickly solved and we proceeded to our room and were delighted to see a VERY NICE ROOM ! MANY THANKS to the evening Desk Clerk (whose name escapes me at the moment) TOO ! Bottom line, it was a GREAT room with the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in ! we enjoyed a very nice complimentary breakfast, and then headed back home to Roanoke. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel ! Thanks again to ALL of the staff...you were all very nice and professional !

Brian “Kurt” was amazing from start to finish. He and Lori were fabulous from check in to check out. I typically stay at $200+ hotels, however with these two overseeing our stay I need to reconsider my stays moving forward. Hats off!
