I was waiting in line as well as four others at the pharmacist counter while the manager came to assist with a customer misunderstanding. The manager and employee handled the situation very professionally. It takes patience to deal with some people and situations. Let's show them appreciation as we are in the days that not many want to do jobs that are demanding and fast paced. Let's be patient and treat them the way we would want to be treated if we were trying to serve others at the best of our ability!

Walgreens has a newly renovated pharmacy. It makes it seem less crowded. Generally, the staff is friendly and efficient. The pharmacists are good about answering questions.

The pharmacy department went above and beyond to help me especially the pharmacy technician and pharmacist that worked the night 4/8/2023. I cannot thank them enough but I am grateful for the time and effort they took and put in to assist me in getting my issue resolved…I am forever grateful.

I had some very detailed questions about a new prescription and insurance. Narina and Candace were EXTREMELY helpful, patient and thorough. I've just recently transferred to this Walgreens after a move and so far, I couldn't be more grateful to have them as part of my medical team. They are proactive, willing to find answers and kind. That goes a long way when you don't feel well and/or are going through a complex process. Thank you, Thomasville Walgreens!!

Great place...wide variety of goods at a reasonable price

The two ladies that we were here especially the older one (my age)were awesome and very helpful

Pharmacy staff always friendly and helpful. Usually a busy place. Clean and well staffed store.

I use the picture kiosk and it works nicely and the employees are friendly. Well kept up. :)
