I wanted to give a shout out to Robert R at the University Parkway store for going above and beyond for my wife and 3 year old daughter. I work out of town and her car would not start. She was able to get it started and drove to Advance for help, She said even though it was 30 minutes until they close and cold and rainy Robert didn't hesitate to come to her aid, he checked her battery, starter and alternator and determined it was in fact a bad battery, he explained to her all the different batteries and gave her advice on what to do based on her vehicle recommendations, she said he was the absolute best and polite she'd ever met in these times and circumstances.He made her feel comfortable and calm and got her back on the road safely and efficiently. Advance you have a great employee here with excellent customer service and I applaud him because nowadays that is a very rare thing. My wife tried to tip him and he refused it and said that his reward was getting her and my daughter back on the road safely.. Thank you Robert, you have a customer for life and we will come see you for anything else we need...

This is where I go when I need a part or to have something checked. The people here are very customer conscious. I have never been disappointed with the service. Even when I send my wife into the store for a part, she is treated respectfully and not looked down upon. Because of these experiences, I have recommended this Advance Auto Parts to many of my friends, even strangers. It is nice to get a smile and willing help during these difficult times.

Robert at the University Parkway shop was extremely helpful when I arrived stressed out about my daughter's vehicle having issues. He checked the vehicle, replaced the battery and helped us find an altanator replacement. His customer service was excellent. Thanks for your help Rob!

Was having some issues with my car battery and went to get my battery checked. Cliff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I truly appreciate your help and kind personality. I really enjoy coming here to purchase my parts. I've only experienced 1 mishap and that lady is no longer the manager of this location. This store is kept clean & the current management/staff is very friendly and always willing to help myself & customers. The prices are very competitive with other car part stores as well. I've found Advance to be inexpensive. Thank you.
