I initially called the NAPA store on North Point, I spoke with the most pleasant and helpful male. His name was Doug Smith, and he was very efficient in providing me with the part that I needed, just Very Personable! I will be purchasing all of my automotive needs from this location from now on!

Fair. Customer service could be better. I realize they deal with s lot of commercial clients however since it was the Manager they really need to improve interaction. Everyone has a bad day.we all do. Go here for a wealth of knowledge and decent prices.

If they don't have the part I need at least they can point me in the general direction. Much better than your average auto parts store.

Had the Part in stock and saved me 8 days of wait time and 75 dollars less expensive than Dealer.

Very knowledgeable staff. (Not teenagers making minimum wage like you find at those other parts suppliers.) Great part availability. Reasonable prices.

I've bee buying parts from this store since i was in high school back in '10 and have always had a good experience with the guys there, Glad Donny is back in the store.

I visit this store frequently. I’d just like to say that your employee Donnie, Is not only very knowledgeable, but I’ve watched him for a while and he is a caring person, and gives his all to help anyone that walks in the store.
