I will never recommend American General Insurance Co to anyone for insurance needs. Their service is terrible. I have been attempting to surrender 2 policies for 4 months. One policy they finally paid out on after months. The 2nd policy, even though it’s with the same company, on members of the same family, they still have not surrendered, even asking me for the exact same documentation that I supplied for the 1st policy.
