Caring environment. Super professional and kind staff. As a new patient, I felt both seen and heard. Dr. Jackson is the cream of the crop and she’s assembled a staff of the same breed. It’s no wonder she has a waiting list for new patients, but she is well worth the wait. I am so grateful for my new Primary Physician! Thanks to you all.

I love Union Cross and Dr. Jackson. I was referred to her sometime in 2019. I researched her (as I do all my doctors), and believed I would be taken care of. Well, right from the receptionist (I miss Felicia! She was the absolute best!), I felt like I mattered and I wasn't just another number or patient.

When I met with Dr. Jackson, I was so impressed. She took her time with me. She was thorough and listened to all my concerns and questions. And every appointment since the first has been the same way. She is truly invested in my health and wants me to be well.

If she ever leaves the practice for another, I will follow her because she's just that good!

Donnay Elkins is the absolute best! I never feel rushed as she listens to my concerns while planning the best care for me. She always explains her findings, plans for treatment, and asks and listens patiently to my questions or concerns. Donnay is the absolute best and most trusted physician out there. She truly cares for her patients and their well being!

Felicia at the front desk has a contagiously positive attitude, and I always look forward to seeing her when I check-in. My last appointment was at 7:30am and she still brought a big smile and uplifting mood, even that early in the morning!
