I had the absolutely best experience with everyone on the Judy Weinstock team, particularly Allison, who helped me buy a house that I am absolutely thrilled with. I had a lot of very specific and unique needs in a house and she was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and was so patient with the multiple months that it took me to find just the right place. She is also the most thorough and conscientious realtor I've ever worked with - making sure to check out every possible pitfall or problem with potential houses rather than rushing me into a sale and I felt very safe in her hands. (She would literally climb into every crawl space she could find to check for issues on any house I remotely had interest in! Who does that? She's the best!) The whole team also guided me through the entire inspection and buying process and made it so easy and straight forward to close. They have continued to offer local recommendations on anyone or anything I might need since the sale. I highly recommend them and will be absolutely going back to them if ever the need should arise!

I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Allison, Judy's daughter to get in touch with a rental property on Zillow. I had been reaching out to inquire about an amazing listing but would never get a response back from the listing agent on any of my follow ups. We recently bought a house in Durham County, North Carolina and cannot say enough good things about our Realtor, Allison Weinstock!

Allison is an extremely knowledgeable Realtor regarding real estate in the Durham, Orange County areas. She was always available to answer our many questions, and if she didn’t know the answer, she was quick to do the research and get back to us every time.

We started our home search from out-of-state so Allison was our eyes and ears throughout most of the process. She was always available to research particular properties and locations for us with an objective eye. She quickly gained our confidence and although the selection process took time, she was patient and thorough. We have to say though, it was once we finally found “the home” for us, is where she really began to shine! In short, she and the whole Judy Weinstock Team were AMAZING!

Allison helped us navigate the pitfalls of North Carolina Real Estate like a Pro as she addressed the challenges that inevitably occur during closing. Fortunately for us, Allison’s Office is staffed by an extremely capable support staff (shout out to Laura!) who were able to research all of our questions and get us answers right away. Questions about zoning, utilities, HOAs, and even septic systems and surveys were not a problem for the Judy Weinstock Team. They were all Top Notch!

Our purchase process did not go smoothly but Allison remained calm and addressed issues as they arose during the multitude of inspections and property walkthroughs. She was even able to negotiate a price reduction on two separate occasions where we found out issues with the home that should have been disclosed by the seller.

Allison is young and energetic and is surely the hardest working realtor in North Carolina! We don’t think we could have had a better realtor!

We worked with Allison and the Judy Weinstock team and they were absolutely fantastic to work with! We were in a difficult situation, with the crazy market in the region, but also because we were buying remotely from across the country. However, Allison made the process very smooth and enjoyable for us. She was available no matter what time or what we asked of her.

What we loved about her (and Judy) was the fact they were looking after our best interests throughout. Initially we were about to place an offer on a house over our budget and, in hindsight, much bigger than what made sense for us. We are glad for the advice Allison and Judy gave us at that time which made us rethink. Many agents would encourage their clients to go for more expensive properties, but not Allison and Judy -- they had our best interests at heart.

We had a difficult home buying journey with 6 rejected offers across 3 months. Allison was kind, supportive and respectful throughout which we really appreciate. She was able to get us credit from the sellers in a prime location house even in this market. In fact, even after closing she is helping us with some stuff we need to get done with the house. This is rare and again testament to how great she is.

The Durham-Chapel Hill area is a tough market right now and the knowledge and expertise of Judy and her team is very important for both buyers and sellers. I've known Judy Weinstock as a realtor for over a decade now. She is the only one I trust handling something as important as a real estate deal.
We first met through my husband when he sold his home to move in with me. The recommendations Judy made for how to prepare the house for sale were all spot on. She provided a list of individuals who could help him prepare, which made the process much easier. She was able to spot and address difficulties in the sale process that resulted in a contract that made my hubby happy.
Recently, we asked Judy and her team to help with the sale of my house and the purchase of the new home my husband and I would own together. We worked with Judy on the sale side and Allison on the buy side, with Judy involved on buying as needed.
Allison was a gem. She allowed us the freedom to preview a lot of places on our own through the internet, which we preferred as a way to knock out a lot of listing that didn't fit our unique needs. Then, when we had one or five selected, she was always right there. Her quick responses were critical, because with the market being inferno-level hot, homes were being sold within half an hour of appearing on the listings. She allowed us to get into places and make decisions quickly in every case we wanted. Her guidance during closing was also very on target. She pointed out things we weren't aware of, and helped us make decisions by offering her experience.
For the sale side...boy, there was no doubt that Judy Weinstock came to the rescue. We had a shocking level of difficulty with the buyers and their agent. Their requests were bizarre and over-the-top outrageous. We were on the phone with Judy so much it started to feel strange to go more than 24 hours without talking to her.
Throughout it all, she stayed calm, and helped me manage the frustration from all the weirdness that was being thrown out from every quarter from the buyer's side. Her experience, her network, and the reach of her team were all assets that I absolutely would have been lost without. And, despite all the difficulties, she sold the house above the asking price. Way above the asking price!
I can't speak highly enough about Judy. If you want someone you can trust with one of the most important financial decisions of your life, she's the one to call.

Judy had sold several homes in our neighborhood and came highly recommended. She and her team were very professional and did an excellent job of preparing the house for sale and with the actual sale. She has a number of resources available for preparation of the house and was able to schedule things for us when we weren't present. We pushed hard to move things along quickly, and Judy & her team responded quickly. Her team provided fantastic organization of the closing - when to contact utilities, what paperwork was needed, etc. - and it made the process very easy.

Judy is the absolute best realtor you could ever ask for. Incredibly sharp, knows the area, particularly Chapel Hill, extremely well, has vast real estate experience, and most importantly is a wonderful person. Judy helped guide us through a complex and challenging custom build that was many months in the making. She helped connect us with local architects, inspectors, licensed builders, septic and well experts, and flooring experts. She has a wealth of knowledge and if she doesn’t know the answer, she can find someone who does. We are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to not have to move for a long time. My experience working with Judy was excellent. She took on more (redecorating and sales preparation ideas) than I expected in the process. She was always responsive, professional and patient throughout. The process from initial contact with Judy until actual listing took four months because of the renovation work. Judy was there every step of the way when needed. When the house actually was listed it sold in 3 days. I had a full price offer on the first day.
