My husband and I came here and got our walk evaluated and 3D imaging of our feet. We had Claire help us and she was awesome! She listened patiently to our concerns and wasn’t being pushy for us to buy anything specific. We would 100% recommend coming here to anybody and we will definitely be back!

Super knowledgeable, friendly, wealth of information on my personalized shoe needs. Brooks took time to explain everything and I had many options. I joked I haven't had this level of service since the days of Stride Rite!

This is a great location of Fleet Feet. They are extremely welcoming to all people, including new runners. I have been running for many years and yet, I do not feel comfortable in any running store that feels exclusive or elitist. They are friendly to all ages, body types, gender expressions, and levels of runner/walker.

The customer service is great here, as someone will always ask to help you within a few moments of walking in. They take time to find out what kind of shoe works best for your needs. They have never tried to sell me on anything I wasn’t looking for. They offer seltzer water while you try on shoes, too. After coming in every few month, one employee even recognized me.

They also often have enough inventory to offer a color choice in shoes. They carry nice fitness clothing brands, socks, inexpensive but quality sunglasses, hats, water bottles, and numerous gels/electrolytes/bars for those interested.

I also want to note that they offer training programs and are sponsors of many community runs. Often, you pick up race bibs here if you are registered for a local run. They are very much a supportive part of the local running community and have things to help new runners or intimidated runners.

Of course, you don’t have to be a runner to shop here. I’ve seen many nurses and other folks who need good shoes here frequently.

Great experience! I love the knowledge given while trying on shoes. Another plus is the feet scan that was taken to show me a more in depth understanding of my feet and how I walk. I had to order my shoes on their website because they didn't have the color I wanted in store but I’m excited to get my shoes!

Johnny was super helpful, friendly and efficient! I had a time crunch due to another commitment and he made sure I stayed on time. The foot scan and analysis were very thorough and helpful in choosing a shoe as well as an insert. Would recommend to everyone!

It was my first time ever having a shoe fitted...Fleet Feet did an incredible job! My podiatrist recommended I go there for a shoe fitting for my plantar faciitis and I was not disappointed. The young man that worked with me was knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely return and take my whole family with me.

First time in NC. Went looking for sneakers and found a gem in the area. I took 10 steps into a store and was asked if I needed help. Keegan knew every question about shoes I could ask. I had an evaluation done and found out it involved a 3D model of my feet in 2 minutes. The eval told me he perfect shoe size and width for me and a bunch of other attributes about shoes I never have considered before. Keegan explained everything and brought out a variety of shoes and was knowledgeable about what would fit me best based on my evaluation. Greatcstore, exceptional employees. I'll be looking for these stores in NY where I live.

Went to get my 3-D feet ID scan. I'm training for a long distance race and was met by nothing but the best service. My store associate (keenan) was great, patient, knowledgeable, and a great resource to bounce my needs and discomforts with my shoes. After doing the scan he explained how my foot would fit in different type of shoes. After exploring multiple options with him, I did leave without purchasing any of them. Just to turn around on my way home to return because I was reassured by his input and professionalism of the subject. I went home and immediately put them on for a hour plus run. He hit it right in the mark and would highly recommend this location.

Great return policy, we had a pair of shoes malfunction after only 60 miles & 5 weeks. FF took them back no problem & the stash was great about selling us a new pair!

Fleet Feet is more than just a place to buy running shoes. I mean, they are a great place to buy running shoes, but they are also a great place to buy shoes for walking, shoes for working out or just a comfortable, everyday pair of shoes that fit perfectly for you and your body’s needs. I also highly recommend their training programs, which are literally for everyone, whether you’re an experienced runner or have never run a day in your life. They truly cater to where YOU are in your training. Supportive, friendly and incredibly helpful and encouraging.

I walked into Fleet Feet Carrboro on Friday evening. Customer service was superb. Not only I am so happy to wear the best shoes my feet need, I have a peace of mind where to get the next pair. I hope Mia will still be there. She is an expert on running shoes, on not so perfect feet and she knows much more on the subject of fitness and nutrition. She is 5 star professional at Fleet Feet Carrboro. I will make an excellent use if my 8&1/2 Brooks Ghost 15 with inserts! Thank you!

Fleet Feet in Carrboro, NC has very well trained staff. A very extensive selection of shoes and other apparel items are available. The initial scan of my feet was interesting which helped the young woman helping me, give me the choices which would best fit my needs for a comfortable and supportive pair of shoes. There was no attempt to rush me through the decision and I left very pleased with two pairs of new shoes.

Great experience at Fleet Feet! Knowledgeable staff and great selection (if okay with ordering exact pair of shoes [color combo] online and having them delivered.. which I did). Really like community involvement with Fleet Feet training teams.

Fleet Fleet in Carborro is a community gem, especially for the active or families support the active ones. Staff there certainly cares to make you feel like a valued customer. Even I didn’t have an advanced appointment to do a 3D scan on feet, the staff politely asked for our names and transparent about the wait time.

When it’s our turn, my daughter and I had the undivided attention of the fitting specialist Hallie. She happens to be a seasoned soccer player in the past too; that helps tremendously when we try to address our daughter’s shin splint problems and concerns.

And to my pleasant surprise, now Fleet Fleet carries more than just the brand SuperFeet insole, which is $$$ premium and worth every dime. They were not pushy about getting one brand over the other, but rather listen to the customer’s feedback when trying several demo custom insole based on the 3D scan. We left happily with some merchandise and a custom-fitted and installed insole on her cleats, that surprising kept well in the double-digit for the win!

Well done Fleet Fleet for training your staff to perfection. And keeping your store as clutter-free as possible, well-stocked with sizes and variety of active clothings and nutritional merchandises. We’ll be back for future needs!

I was impressed with their 3/D foot scan, but also with the professional and courteous Salesperson who was very knowledgeable about all their sneakers and knew which ones would suit me with a custom fit. One of my favorite stores. They work hard to find you tennis shoes that work for YOU! Johnny helped me and my mom and he was super nice and worked hard to make sure we found what we needed.

I had not been to Fleet Feet in 3 years much to my surprise. I went to the store in Carrborro. I was immediately helped by Maya. She was energetic, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me. I did get inserts (doing very well), socks, knee sleeve. Great clothes and shoes in there as well!!!
