They were a life saver last weekend. My son had an ear infection that got extremely bad and they were so good with him and got him feeling better. If he needs an urgent care again on the weekend if we can’t go to his doctor we will be coming back here. Such a nice and helpful staff here

Dr. Beam is awesome! the nurses are so attentive and project sincerity and urgency. I like going here as much as my Primary Care Physician.

Always feel like we have everyone's full attention and they never make us feel like we are being rushed through. They are very accommodating for appointments, too.

Good doctor visits, and even fulfilled a diaper rash cream without a visit.

OMG! Been going to this practice for almost 20 years. This after hours was the absolute worst. They had no desire to help my daughter. They just wanted to rush us out and tell us to go to the ER tomorrow. They said they didn't have the equipment there for numbing. When I mentioned our normal 8 - 5 practice had done such they proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't trust that office (another office that is part of the same practice) to do what needed to be done and to just go to the ER.

We will be looking for other options for the future!

Wasted gas and money going to "after hours clinic" just to be turned away at 5pm. This is NOT an after-hours clinic! Since COVID, it has become a regular doctor's office and limited weekend clinic. If you need help during the week after business hours, you're SOL. And no one seems to have any idea or plans on correcting this! 😡

Took my 3 month old to this practice on Saturday a few months ago for a suspected fever, and just overall fussiness. The doctor told us she had rotavirus and she absolutely 100% DID NOT.

The system they have to see patients is absolutely ridiculous. They weren’t even busy and I had to wait for 30+ mins. The nurse was also unfriendly. Told me to go to the hospital, spent two hospital visits worried about my daughter to find out she had a simple virus.

Pushed us to the hospital. Was more concerned with holding and taking to my baby like a baby (doctor was) and saying how cute she was. I won’t ever come to this facility ever again.

Also said her fontanelle was sunken and it wasn’t.

I sped up there with my 4 year old and made it by 7:55 pm. It was not 8 pm, they stood by the door and pretended not to see us. I yelled at them that it was not 8 pm. Jerks. i would never go back there. Good medical staff will take you no matter what time you show up. Been in retail for years and would take any idiot that walked in the doors at 5 minutes till closing , whether due to emergency or idiocy. But these people shut us out and pretended we weren't there. So I yelled at them through the doors. Jerks. It's a dump

Horrible experience. The doctor told me that her job is just patching her up until we go to a regular doctor not to diagnose.
