GM Wholesale Direct

I've ordered many parts from GM Wholesale Direct over the many years since i found them. I've always gotten the correct parts spec'd out (sometimes in spite if myself, thanks to VIN double check). And I've always gotten exactly what i ordered in a timely fashion thanks to their excellent warehouse and shipping departments. Modern Chevrolet and GMWD are top notch in my book!!!

They had the part I needed matched my vin, I just feel shipping fees are extremely high. I ended up initiating a return, I was told to buy a part by rep at collision repair that I didn't need per my original was reparable per Repair guy. I initiated return and it was processed easily no problems. Overall this is a great company. Good prices. My only issue is the shipping fees. I'm physically in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ordered a part that was wrong [probably my fault]. Terrible pictures. They had me return it before I could order the correct one. $25 shipping + $153.00 for part. They are terrible at communication. They said a credit was sent, still no credit. It's been months. DO NOT do business with this company. Just go to the dealer!

I ordered a part in early November that was “in stock” with an estimated delivery of Nov 23rd. I have made several email/phone/chat inquiries and the only update they will give is “we are just waiting on the part then we will provide the tracking number”. I have asked for a refund several times and I’m told that someone will be calling me to discuss. Nobody ever calls and I am out almost $700 with no eta on the part. It has now been over 3 months since I placed the order for an “in stock” part that I need to repair my truck. Horrible customer service I would be weary of doing business with this company.

Order cancelled due to high risk after I payed the insane 2 day shipping. I even called them to ask about the part and shipping. Didn’t call didn’t email to check. I needed that part on rush and now have no shot of getting it. Will never use again. Don’t waste your time.

Placed an order online. Modern states pricing was incorrect. Contacted BBB. Modern told BBB they would honor price and ship soon. Days later product that is marked as in stock. Still has not shipped. Money is gone from my account. Modern will not give shipping date. Not responding to emails any longer.

I ordered parts for this company yesterday. Today I received an email stating that I'm a high risk for fraud because of my virtual private network VPN
This company refuses to do business with anyone who uses a virtual private network.
I do internet purchases from all over the country this is the first company to ever accuse me of fraud. keep this in mind if you ever decide to send your credit card information to them

High Risk Cancellation - Placed my order and the next day they cancelled my order. Would not do on line business with this company again. They do not answer the phone.

Very outrageous shipping charges
