i've been using their services for at least the past 10 years. Always incredibly helpful with packing things up. Glad to have them in the neighborhood. I've also used them for notary services.

A true godsend after driving to 3 different places for a notary. She was precise and the prices were fair. I will definitely go back for my shipping needs.

I drop off pre-labeled UPS parcels here a few times per month.
In the past couple years I’ve needed a couple faxing services, bought express shipping several times, & have needed Pony for will-call incoming packages.

No complaints. Everything has been great. They know what they’re doing.

Diane and her staff are very efficient and helpful in handling our mailing needs. They have a good selection of gifts and greeting cards, too. And I've found a couple of my favorite scarves there. Great store with great people and great service!

Super efficient and wonderful experience! Had a fun trip exploring woodinville and bought probably one too many bottles of wine and pony express saved the day by shipping a case for us and having winecheck bags for the airplane 😊

I regularly do business here, and have for many years. Diane is fantastic. She works hard to meet everyone's needs, going above and beyond many times. You may have to be patient occasionally, when it gets busy (as all good places do) but it is worth it.

We had a box here for 3 years and I kind of miss it, despite having to drive 20 minutes to get there, was much nicer than dealing with the post office around the corner, very friendly owners and staff

Diane and her team are always so helpful and patient! It does not matter the time of year. But especially at Christmas I appreciate them answering all my questions and getting the best prices and delivery options!

Where do I even begin to start? Diane with Pony Mailbox has been a wonderful mailbox service for us for years. We appreciate her customer service, her loyalty and support of her customers to the extent of purchasing Christmas plants from our son for his school fundraiser. When I am in town, she will email me when I get a shipment in. She has been my back office support for anything imaginable when I am in Seattle for work. I walked in to speak with Diane Fulton, the owner of Pony Mailbox and Business Center in Woodinville today. I couldn't believe what I found. She was shipping a loom. First, how many actually knows what a loom is, and second, why would anyone ship one? Who knows.

Diane has over 12 years of experience shipping also sorts of things. She has experience shipping everything from very fragile items to well.... looms. Anyway, I really liked the store because it had a kids area for kids while us parents tried to take care of business.

In addition. she had several gift areas. She had several unique items and when I asked her about it, she said that she was brining in some new items on March 22. She called it her Spring Fling, when she updates the gift items. I highly recommend visiting Diane's store for all of your shipping needs.

Every visit I have paid, the staff is always helpful; going out of their way to give me the best service. I have two small kids and they have toys there to play with while we wait. Best service ever!

Everyone knows this year's mail debauchery is affecting us all. The lines at USPS and UPS are 10 people out the door....

Then a little birdy told me about this lovely little gem, the Pony Mailbox!

No line, helpful service, has all three vendors (fed ex, usps, ups).

They also have a few little shopping items, PO BOXES, and passport photos.

The only curveballs are getting into and out of the parking lot.

I will not be stressing myself out about going to the post office again... from now on I'm going to go to the Pony Express center. They are so very nice... Very efficient...and despite all the covid stuff, they are still getting 👏it👏done👏. Bravo. THANK YOU!!

Needed last minute notary service today and the local ups referred this place. Amazing service and such a friendly place. It made our experience so much better. Glad we discovered this place and will be my go to from here on!

Very convenient for sending with a variety of couriers. I used DHL to send a package to Europe and the staff were very helpful.
