Major issues with the wiring in my Mazda John was relentless and getting everything working. New to Winston-Salem from Florida so glad I found Bill's Auto Clinic they will always be my to go to auto shop. Rachel is phenomenal keeping me up to date as things progressed. Honest trustworthy dependable and more than promised

The customer service is AMAZING, and they truly stand by their work. I am grateful to Kevin for all of his help, and making sure he had me taken care of. This place is absolutely one of a kind and I will recommend anyone to go here for service/repairs.

I had an appointment for a NC State inspection. this was my first time at this establishment.
Place was clean, had a decent waiting room with coffee and such. The staff was friendly and nice. They took me right in and I was out of there in no time.
Definitely will return in the future when needed.

I came in today because I was hearing a flapping noise coming from under the car. It was to the point where I couldn’t go over 45 without hearing it or go on the interstate. I came in and let them now what was happening. They went and took a look and popped it right back in with no problem. They were super sweet and quick and for that I thank them!

Replaced lifters and push rods in my 2105 gmc Sierra Denali. Ricky was very informative and my vehicle came in way less than estimate

I made an appointment for my emission inspection to be done here and had an amazing experience. My car is registered out of state and needed a specific kind of test done in order to pass inspection. I called Monday afternoon at 4 pm and they had me seen by 10 am the next morning! Rachel was awesome and very patient with all of my questions. Thank you so much!!

They were great. Had to have my car towed there because it wouldn't start. They corrected the problem plus noticed my brake pads need to be replaced. So happy they did. They even picked me up as I had no other transportation (although I live very close by). Can't ask for better service than that! Took really good care of this old, crippled lady. Great service, great people!

Bill gave my 2008 Prius the once over before it's trip to college, headed out of state. Diagnosed and repaired the headlights saving me several hundred dollars. Also gave good advice on finding a mechanic in the new area I wouldn't have though of. Bill can fix stupid...10 out of five stars.

Recently my fiancé and I took her vehicle to get serviced at Bill’s Auto Clinic. We’ve had really good success thus far. My previous car was taken there as well, with absolutely no issues. Door handles, AC, Oil, Headlight cover cleanings, Inspections, and Alignments were all done here with ZERO ERROR. Plus it’s always nice to have a mechanic that will look at your vehicle cost free and let you know what’s wrong and give an estimated price.

The entire staff at Bill’s is wonderful, especially Carolina; she’s always so sweet and patient every time we see or speak to her; as long as I live in Winston (or the surrounding areas), I’ll let the auto doctor fix it.

I’ve been taking my cars to Bill’s for 8 years now. His mechanics are skilled and they take the time to explain what’s going on. Bill always starts with the least expensive fix first if there are options- case in point I went to a franchised place on a Saturday because Bill was closed, and they quoted $1700 to fix my brakes- Bill fixed it for about $200. He’ll give you a ride if needed and he always does things the right way: one summer afternoon he drove to my work and got underneath my car on the hot pavement to make sure a cap was put back on correctly. It had been.

The staff was terrific. The mechanic showed me Why my tires couldn't get balanced and recommended that I replaced my Struts and Springs on my Volvo C70.They ordered the parts and made my car drive perfect. I will recommend this shop to all my friends!

EXTREMELY knowledgeable with Toyota hybrids and has the diagnostic equipment to back up his diagnosis. The dealer wanted over $5000 for a DC/AC inverter repair and Bill fixed my 2008 Prius for just over $1200. I had to talk him into replacing the hybrid batteries and that was also a several thousand dollar savings. I'll be back.

Best mechanic shop in the Triad!! Both of the owners are extremely knowable and very honest. The entire staff are friendly and always do whatever is necessary to fix my car. I have found their shuttle service to be very convenient.I am glad Bill is so conveniently located.
