Gustavo did an excellent job. He took his time to find out what the issue was. And once found it, he did a great detailed explanation, and also giving the next step to fix the problem. I highly recommend! He did an outstanding service!

We had Jacob come to the rescue at our home last night well after hours. Showed up faster than we thought. Was extremely professional and even thought it was late he had a positive attitude. Services was what we have come to expect from Rotor Rooter.. they forever have this family’s business !!

Service was excellent from scheduling the call to getting actual service. The office staff called on day of service to give us an estimated arrival time for the service tech to arrive. Jon, the service Technician has done work for us two different times. Each time he very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend for sure.

Very satisfied with Jacob’s service. He was prompt and fixed our water heater quickly. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. He even took the time to fix the gas pipe which was incorrectly installed when our house was built. He was easy to work with and very personable.

Anthony was wonderful! I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with their service. Very professional, caring, helpful and just outright awesome!

I have not been this impressed in a long time. Jacob Martinez was the guy they sent. He worked tirelessly, I mean really long hours, to repipe my house and fix the problem I had with a major leak right before the holidays. He stayed late to keep my house functional while repairs were being done. My brother from out of state asked a lot of questions about things and how they were being handled. He said I don’t even know this guy and I like him already. He told me I was in good hands based on his own experience with plumbing issues. And that Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable. It was not just that though. He made me feel comfortable that the job would be done and done right.he was extremely kind and hard working, something we unfortunately do not see that much of these days. Really he went above and beyond in every way. I do not normally write reviews but I wanted people to know that if they send him out to do a job for you, it will be done right and efficiently with humor and kindness. I also appreciate Tony and all the work he did to help expedite everything and also making me feel at ease and that all would be right and handled and I did not have to be concerned.

Jacob with Roto-Rooter was amazing. He came right into a difficult apartment building to navigate, unclocked my very dirty drain, and left very quickly. Very friendly service and exceptional professionalism. Would highly recommend!!

Jon came out and fixed a persistent leak. Was a very tight crawl space that he tackled enthusiastically. The cold water line was leaking the next day. Another John (JD) came out and helped fix that.

Karrson was the BEST! Very straight forward, hard working, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain to me everything that was happening with my pump. He answered all my questions. And he was very thorough and efficient while working. If I have any plumbing issues again, he will be the only person I call!

Great service and a fair price for fixing 20+ feet of old cast iron sewer pipe. They were the only company we found who could fix it without digging up our front yard and driveway. A+ work.

Our garbage disposal started leaking this morning. Called the company at 8am. They were able to fit me in by noon. We had the pleasure of Anthony helping us replace our garbage disposal. Took less than 20 minutes. But then he noticed our water pressure was low. Sure enough we have noticed that too and thought it was because we were living in a desert environment and that it was normal. He looked at our water pressure regulator and found that it was broken too. He even want out of his way to get the right part and install it.
I highly recommend Anthony and his company. Will definitely call again for future plumbing and water damage problems. Thank you for saving our weekend!
