North Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat Service Center

I traveled to at least 4 different dealerships yesterday morning looking for my dream car which was quite exhausting until I seen North Point CJD had what I wanted. So I went to their online inventory and clicked interested and literally 3 mins later Ms. Stacey called me and I was currently in route at the moment called anyway so it worked out perfect! I got there and they had FAIR pricing! And excellent customer service! This place really treated me like family! From them asking how has your day been so far to the courtesy cups of water! The owner even walked around and comforted the customers! Overall a wonderful experience! I’m very thankful for them and I would never buy from another dealership if it isn’t North Point!

Had a family member drop off my jeep for me and they kept me up to date with what's going on. I've tried other jeep dealerships in the past since I travel alot and this was by far the best experience.

Had an electrical problem preventing me from manual shift, they didn't have the part in stock so the mechanic repaired the problem so I could continue on my trip!! Thank you for getting me in (on Friday) and repairing my issue!!! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Thank you again!

The service at Northpoint has always been excellent! We have a Dodge and a Jeep GC. We will not take them anywhere else.
