This is honestly the best insurance company I’ve ever had and I came from having State Farm insurance! 10 out of 10 with customer service and getting you the best policy/prices!!!

Lance Noyes and the gentleman that was training were outstanding. Paying 771 for two cars to now 280. I encourage anyone to at minimum get a quote, you could be paying entirely too much for insurance. What’s worst is the A.I systems and the big business won’t tell you, and won’t take the time to figure out how to save you on your insurance. I even spoke with a representative from another insurance company and was quoted 690 for 1 vehicle.

I’ve been with this insurance company a really long time, they always take care of you and treat you like family! If you’re in the market for insurance Pegram and Noyes is 100% where you need to be, you’re not a customer, your family. Best rates, best customer service, best all around in Gaston county.

If you’re looking for insurance, you won’t find a better deal. Finally I know what I’m paying for! Lance was able to more than half the rate we were paying through our existing agent plus it’s far better coverage than what we had before. This is the best insurance agency in Gaston County, hands down. Not just because they are the most competitive (anyone can sell you insurance and find great deals) but it's the personal touch. I have done business with this office for well over 10 years and I have always felt important to these guys.
Service is top notch, they will take care of whatever your need is, no matter how small. Lance, in particular, is the best in the business. He has always treated me with respect and has always been extremely thorough and explained things in a way anyone can understand. My mother and I have been with P&N for over 10 years now. Started as a teenager and had a few accidents starting out and they were the cheapest in the town! Austin and Mike run the best insurance agency I have ever had the pleasure of being with. They are both so knowledgeable about insurance and offer great advice to any customer.
