Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

I made an appointment this year and excellent service as always. Cristina is always so fun and makes you feel at home while making sure everything is good with your taxes. This my second time having her as a tax pro and she is the best. She is so relatable and has a bubbly personality. Make sure you have her to do your taxes when you go.

I have been using Jackson Hewitt for about 7-8years and have not had any problems at all. The fee is a little high compared to doing them myself for free, however the early refund advance is worth more to me personally. So, I recommend Jackson Hewitt for sure! See you guys next year 🙂

I have been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt since 1997 . I would like to Thank All the Ladies at this location for being so nice and making sure my taxes got done right:. I’ve never had to wait long for service . This location is fast and friendly Employees. They all help each other out if they come to a question they can’t answer : I want to thank Gail for staying and making sure my taxes got done after walking into the office at 6:30 . I have been using there services for 17 yrs this year and I will say I miss my original tax preparer that I had the first 7-10 yrs can’t remember she wasn’t amazing. The other employees were great to I normally use the Belmont office, this year I changed to a closer location on New Hope Rd near Dallas and they were so helpful and the lady was also occupying another customers kid and was so sweet. Hanging up there pictures they had colored and drew..

Very friendly and efficient. My tax preparer, Gail Rhyne, went out of her way to make sure I received what I needed. She thoroughly explained what I didn’t understand. Very patient. Was in and out quickly as well. I will be returning next year and referring all my family/friends this year.

Miss Maria and Miss Gail are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to help you without getting frustrated or being in a hurry. I've been going to this location for over ten years and I've never ever had a single issue at all. I highly recommend doing your taxes at the New Hope Rd. location! You'll definitely not be disappointed!!!!!

Jackson Hewitt has prepared my taxes for 28 yrs and have been the best. Maria Mack is awesome to work with. She truly knows her tax data. Would go no where else for tax preparations.
