This GameStop has a real A team. Every time I go I get helped by a different person. And every time the service and vibe is exemplary. The people is why GameStop will always be around. Love going in and just talking to the team. Killer job guys.

You can always find a good deal or two here. Especially if you are not looking to pay full price for a game that has already been out for awhile. I just bought Dark Souls 3 for Xbox and I only paid 13 dollars for it. Microsoft store wanted to charge me 60 bucks. Big win

Took my 11 y r old grandson to get a game. We always enjoy going here. Workers are always helpful and friendly.

Tony is a fantastic employee. He fixed a weird pre-order issue for me and was overall just a very kind and really helped!

Great store to shop in. The store associates provide a mixed experience of unpleasantness and helpfulness. It seems they do not want to be there. They have a job, car, and home, but seem uninterested in GameStop affairs. Store design and occasional helpfulness make shopping pleasant at times acceptable. Seems this should have been a Microsoft Games Studio like rd party software developer Ubisoft.

Always have competent associates who know gaming. Very good customer service. Mostly quick checkout lines. Pretty good prices on new and old and trade-ins. Store is generally merchandised well and usually really neat! Great store!

I absolutely love this place & pay for the membership or card or whatever it is. It's totally worth it when you have tons of games and game systems. Customer service is by far top notch as well!!

The guys here are great, we've gotten to know each other fairly well. Always friendly and helpful, greet me by name when I walk through the door. Thanks guys

THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED GREAT SERVICE FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Went in to see how they would "fix" my son's controller. Found out all I need to do is bring it in and they would swap it since I put a protection plan on it.

Always really helpful when answering my questions even when they are crazy trying to help find a game.

Probably 1/2 of my income over the last 25 years has went to GameStop. Very nice staff, affordable prices.

Good selection and customer service. They are well stocked to, as it's away from a big city it's a good place to find unique or harder to find items

The person who we spoke with knew his games. He even talked me into the new Iceborne Game. Can't wait till Sept. He was very knowledgeable.

Great customer service most of the time they will know about a game in depth if it's worth the price if you'll even like it at all

We went to the GameStop in Lexington to get 3DS the staff was helpful and got what we needed. We payed for the 3DS then turn around and bought a game to go with the 3DS system will go back again.
