Ladies in the office were very helpful! We asked to s of questions and made a few trips here before choosing a unit. We were always greeted very politely and taken Around to see the units we were curious about and they answered all of our questions. We have only just moved in to the unit but what a great first impression. Good employees make such a difference

I’m currently renting space at the facility in Gastonia and I have received top notch customer service. Breanna was extremely helpful; I walk with a cane temporarily and she was more than happy to carry my purchases to my car. She explained everything to me in detail when setting up my account and she was polite and knowledgeable the whole time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a cheap storage with the first month's rent free. I love my storage building it is nice, spacious and clean. I like how CubeSmart has the lock available for the storage as well. The storage building is only a four minutes drive from the house I'm moving out of; that's very convenient as well. CubeSmart is awesome! I will rent from them again in the future. I will recommend them to others.

Brandon really explained everything to me so I new what was what showed me the storage unit explained how to use the lock how to get in and out of the building how to open and close the outer door. Just very helpful.
