I've been with this company since 2010. I called the cancel my home and auto policies because I found cheaper insurance with more coverage. There was no "thank you", or "we appreciate your business" or nothing. I was ask "who will you be going with?" and "I'll email you the cancellation document". Thankfully, I never had to file any claims...who knows what that would have been like!
