I have always had great customer service at this branch but I want to give a shout out to Timmy! I was in great need of some help and Timmy spent 2 hours with me trying to sort through things. He was more than kind and patient with my situation which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend Timmy to friends and family.

I have had such wonderful customer care from the Truist team. Angelia and Donna in particular have been so helpful as I have opened accounts for both a business and a nonprofit. The crew at the bank is always welcoming and does their best to care for people. They know a lot of customers by name and always have a smile.

I have been banking with Truist for many years and have always been treated with respect. They have shown that that care about me and are willing to help me all the times I've been there.

The Best, most friendly group of bank employees I have ever encountered. Very nice and eager to help in any way possible. Great bank! I've been with BB&T for over 30 years and would not have any other bank. BB&T has always been great to me.

My wife and I bank at BB&T Hillsborough, have our finances via their professional services, and have always enjoyed the friendly staff and consultants we work with.
They are both truly professional, and very friendly and helpful, and we've grown to think of them as friends in the community.
I cannot image that any person would find our local BB&T bankers to be unprofessional in any way, as BB&T is the premier bank of North Carolina, and wants to remain so.

Staff is friendly I’m a little leery of using the drive-through at night it seems to be kind of set off and not very well lit so I only go during the day. Hillsborough is not as safe place as it used to be.

No sense of urgency when there's a line. Two customers behind me waited so long they finally walked out. Staff are chatty and distracted when there's work to do for customers.

By far the worst bank in the area. Really gotten worse since they merged. Fraud on my account but nobody in the branch can help only the phone number. Been on hold for over two hours. Absolute garbage customer service. Might as well toss my money out the window hoping it will fly back in

Terrible customer experience for small business banking. Closed newly opened small business account with no explanation and had to remind them to refund the one deposit in the account.

I'm not a one star giver but this place sucks. Every time I go here to make a withdraw or deposit they take forever and walk around inside talking to each other. They act like they have never worked their before. Then they always come back to ask for my ID.....take my ID then make me wait another 5 minutes. I try to avoid going to this BB&T at all cost. never had such a bad experience at a BB&T drive through than this one.

Worst place to bank with, the combination of staff and systems will make sure to waste good chunk of your day. Absolutely avoid it at any cost.
