Publix Super Market at Publix Pointe

This grocery store is extremely well-organized, and the staff is very friendly. I usually come here to buy the tres leches cake, which is extremely delicious, but this time I was unable to locate it. Maybe it was out of stock, but that cake is incredible, and I can totally justify committing sin for it 😃😃

One of the best place for groceries shopping. Very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking 🅿 spots available. Highly recommend for all kind of different verity of food, drinks and groceries.

Publix is an outstanding grocery store. I judge this not on cleanliness or selection, though both are top-notch. The Deli is on point,and the Subs have to get a shout-out. For me, it's the management that goes above and beyond to correct any issue. This is what I have grown to expect at Publix. They work hard to retain customer loyalty.

Store is always clean and organized. Staff is helpful and friendly. Not the lowest prices in the area, but always happy to shop here.

I just want to say that I had the best experience with the man behind the deli counter juju he was so nice to me and my family today and his good attitude and work ethic was spot on. He not only made me happy but he made sure me and my family was satisfied with what we got at the deli.

Overall, I love the Publix experience. I frequent the catering for work events and it’s always ready early and a big hit with our team. It’s a perfect stop over on the way to the office when I forget something. The produce is always fresh, brand variety is great and bathrooms clean. What I appreciate most, however, is the customer experience. All team members from the deli across are so helpful with special orders, throughout the store, and when checking out. One in particular had gotten my attention to the point that I had to ask his name. I met Shayne for the first time “officially” today. He stands out as every time I go he’s a radiating smile, asks if I/we need something and always so helpful. Truly makes one feel welcome.

Update: It's been a few months and already I've been in there two times in the past week. Feels like a 180 with the service. Everyone is super nice, doesn't look like a zombie, and they get stuff done! Bumped the stars up to 5 for me.

Two stars for the Deli specifically. I've attempted to order ahead here multiple times and it's never ready.

I waited the first time. On my second order I just went about 20 mins after it told me to get there and I waited an additional 15. You know what? That's fine, I'm fortunate that my job won't fire me for using my entire break to wait for a pre-ordered sandwich.

What sucks is waiting next to another person and a third guy comes up and says hey, I did an order online. He immediately got put at the front. Yeah, I could do this next time, but I don't like the idea of jumping ahead like that.

I'll try again in a month or so and update my review. 🤷

This store is close to home.. great sub sandwiches and chicken from deli, worth the wait most of the time. Good produce. Sometimes prices are tad higher than other stores, the location is great.

This is my local grocery store which I have been going to for 4-5 years. It’s always neat, the items are top quality, and employees are very helpful. Always stop when I need a quick lunch. Delicious and nutritious. I love this place and will probably keep going there for another 5 years.

My deli experiences keep getting better each time. I found two celebratory copckes I needed in the bakery and the cashier at the checkout was great

This is one of my favorite quick-stops on my way home from work for specific items or a quick cheap sushi lunch from the fish counter section.

I moved to NC from FL and found a Publix 30
minutes away. It felt like home as the store was laid out the same, BOGOs were there and products that I hadn’t found at other grocery stores were as well. I will definitely be making the trip to show there!

The Publix Super Market at Publix Pointe in Apex is a supermarket worthy of being frequented by all living near and far from it. It's always impeccably clean, reasonably priced, managed skillfully, serviced by a friendly staff and its array of foods will satisfy any palate. Their daily subs are indisputably the best in town.

My 1st tine buying a specialty cake & let's say that they didn't disappoint me. I got the chocolate ganche cake for my 50th birthday & my daughter 27th birthday. She even liked it & she don't care for cake. Even got free ice cream of my choice for signing up for their email offers.

Great experience. Freindly, well stocked, and organized. It's a bit pricy, but service costs money.

Wonderful....so many great sales and freshly made and packaged foods. Friendly helpful staff to assist us out of towners. Love this place. Great selection of grocery items. Meats and cheeses. Come to WNY!!!

Conveniently located for us. Always friendly staff. We're Florida natives now living here in NC so, Publix was a welcome sight for us, no need to learn a new store.

While we were down south visiting my brother we went by the Publix to pick up some of our favorite items. (We used to live in the South, but now live up North, with no Publix within 100 miles.) Everything we got was delicious, per usual. Our favorites include the key lime pie, sugar cookies and chicken tenders.
My brother had never had Publix's key lime pie before and usually doesn't care for key lime pie, however, we convinced him to try it and he loved it. He even went back for seconds.

They always have fresh produce and friendly service. There is never a long wait on a line when I go.
