1st time having my nails done at this location, and I am very pleased.
The staff is polite and made me feel welcomed. I was able to choose my nail design, and the nail art is beautiful.
I highly recommend it and I will be coming back.

I didn’t make an appointment and walked in on a Monday at 11:30am, and walked out at 12:30pm. I went in for a deluxe pedicure with lavender scent, which was $39. The staff was VERY friendly. The massage chairs were HEAVENLY. The lady that serviced me was very sweet and took her time. Her demeanor was very relaxing and reassuring. I really enjoyed my time here, and it definitely felt like a getaway. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!!

I have been going here for years! Jade and Tanya are the absolute best at SNS. Today Jade gave me an ombré and I’m obsessed! I also love getting pedicures and honestly, all the technicians here do a really good job! These nails will last me a solid 3-4 weeks!

It was my first time at Secret Nail Spa. The place seemed busy. My daughter and I didn't have appointments and they took us right in for our pedicures. The technicians were great. We are going to make this an every two months event. It's a little too expensive for any more often than that.

Great salon! Customer service is wonderful and the staff is friendly and talented. Wide selection of beverages available. Bright, clean and comfortable environment.

This is the only place I have been going to since I got settled in North Carolina. I went to multiple different salons, I’m very laid-back but I know quality work and was not very happy until I found this gem! Every single staff member is polite, amazing and takes the best care of me every single time! I am always greeted on a first name basis, and I’ve never had a bad experience there. Highly recommend!!

This is my go-to place to get my acrylics, and I don't even live in Hillsborough! I have loved Secret Nails ever since they first opened, I would always go when I was home from college. I have been searching for a nail tech for me since I have stopped doing my own nails (so you know I'm particular). Jade is AMAZING. My nails last for at least 2 weeks, and we always have great conversations (I'm chatty).

I stopped in without an appointment and they were busy, but well staffed and able to start my service with no wait. Jade did an acrylic fill in with gel polish for me. Excellent, detailed work, and I was in and out in about 35-40 minutes. I will definitely be a return customer!

Polite, friendly, and they do the best job in Hillsborough, NC. I am very particular about my nails and they never disappoint. My little girl gets her nails done here as well and they treat her like a princess.

I came a few weeks after their grand opening and immediately fell in love!! First they asked my name...sat and talked with me about their story, how long they have been in the business, etc. second they Remembered my nail on my next visits!! I was late for my original appointment and had to come back...but I still was treated with comfort. Close to home and comfortable. Forever client 🤗🤗

They where very nice people. They did my girlfriends nails JUST how she liked them. She said it was 30$ for a full set and if you break or chip any within two weeks there's a WARRANTY. I tipped 10$ because it's worth the money spent. GREAT service. I advise anyone to go here my girlfriend said she will be coming back. Some people on here are lying saying the service is bad, IT'S NOT. Trust me and try it.. U wont regret it!! 😊

Walked in for a gel manicure on a Monday morning and it was quick and wonderful! I would come back when I’m visiting from out of town.
