We stopped here on a charter bus at peak time for breakfast, and I observed the worker at the window cheering. The workers were pleasant, the service was speedy, and there was seating for us all. The food was hot, and the restrooms were clean. I was impressed with the customer service that we received.

This particular location always has kind and courteous workers, a clean dining room and swiftly moving drive through line. Truly a model for other locations to follow.

Best fast food resteraunt my wife and I have ever been to as far as quality of service, quality of food, and cleanliness of the resteraunt. Hands down, best McDonalds on the planet! Great job to Mary, Petra, and the whole crew, there in Pittsboro! Thank you!

I have been coming here for years and this is by far the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Needing my coffee and hash browns!!

They were open late unlike every other fast food place. The staff was friendly. They let me walk up to the window since my vehicle was too big for the drive through. And the food was hot and fresh late on Sunday night.

Good spicy chicken and fish sandwiches.

Quick breakfast via mobile ordering when you choose take out. It's typically your fastest option. I like the crispy McChicken griddle. Plus you can sometimes get good deals through the mobile app.

Pretty fast drive thru and I've never had any issues with the food.

Update: they must have changed management or put quality control in place because now, I always get exactly what I ordered AND the drive thru moves a whole lot quicker!

This location almost always gets my order wrong. I'm always disappointed when I get the meal home and have to drive back and get it right. At this point I may just stop going there and choose the other options in the area. Thumbs down for me.

This is a well established place with a caring general manager and is most usually run extremely efficiently and deliciously and is a regular spot.

The manager is always friendly, and has a lovely smile everytime I see her. The employees are just a nice. Friendly fast service overall.

We were traveling. It was raining. The consensus was Bojangles. We tried SIX!!!!!! The randomness with which all Bojangles operate astonishes. It would not surprise me to learn a raccoon is randomly dictating policy from the dumpster out back.
This McDonald's had a happy, patient drive-thru attendant, excellent customer service and although busy, we had almost no wait. I was very happy with my experience. Thank you!

The best McD that we have been to! The order came out fast, fresh and hot! The fries were so awesome that the squirrel outside was digging in the trash for some.

I only have the chicken nuggets and a mocha frappe. The chicken nuggets were awesome. Nice and crispy, the frappe was great.
