An excellent Italian restaurant located in a quiet redmond strip mall. I am surprised to see a mostly empty restaurant. The server recommended my cocktail drink “euphoria” that indeed made me feel euphoria. Each food we ordered was all beyond our expectations.

We ordered the lunch sandwich set and the pepperoni pizza. The special soup of the day was cauliflower soup. The sandwich bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is delicious. The taste of eggplant and tomatoes is also very refreshing. The potato slices on the side were golden and crispy. The pizza is also delicious.

We had a chance to come back to this restaurant in the Bella Bottega shopping center since it has been years since our last time due to the pandemic. We invited a friend who is big on good food and delicious cocktails; he loved it!
Food is absolutely delicious! We always get the pane rustica to share because their flatbread is amazing since it's made and grilled in house in their wood fire oven. I got the casa salad which was refreshing and the strawberries gave it a sweetness I loved.
For my main course I got the pesto prawns bucatini. Pasta was cooked al dente so the chew texture was perfect, the sauce was great (not heavy, not oily, flavourful), and the shrimp were fresh. It didn't bother me, but warning that the tails are left on the shrimp. Last for dessert I got the trio gelato. They have classic flavours like chocolate and pistachio, while also having unusual ones like rice.
The atmosphere is nice casual so it's great whether you're going for a quick bite to eat at their bar or celebrating an event with a group of friends.
The menu prices are higher than a fast casual restaurant, but not overpriced for the quality they give or more expensive than comparable restaurants in downtown Redmond. They post their menu on their website which is nice. This place is one of our local favourites and I look forward to coming back to try other dishes!

First time here and it was an excellent dinner experience. We had the Seafood Pasta (pictured here) and the Pesto Prawns Buctini along with Tiramisu for dessert.

The food presentations were superb, delicious with good-sized portions, service was exceptional, and the ambience was perfect. The restaurant was very clean, modern, spacious, and upscale. We will be returning to try their other dishes.

I recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking for something delicious in a sophisticated setting.

I was not aware of this place until I saw it on open table this Valentine’s Day. I took my little sister there, the food and service was really good! They sat us right away and the server was very attentive. A fun fact is they import most of their stuff from Italy 🇮🇹!

Absolutely love this place: great food, lovely decor,
and fantastic service. Our server Melissa was terrific—friendly and efficient. The standout panzanella salad is not to be missed, and the warm, elegant surrounds make for a perfect date night. Highly recommended!

What a lovely experience. We got a reservation here a few hours beforehand. Parking was super easy, there’s a big lot right outside. We walked in and found out there was a violinist playing in the restaurant! She was wonderful, she even played one of our favorite songs. We arrived about half an hour before our reservation and they were luckily able to seat us right away. The service was very good and we had several people taking care of us and periodically checking in.

The atmosphere was great, very peaceful even with so many people. The crowd was mostly older (~35-60) well dressed people, I assume out for date night. My fiancée and I talk pretty softly at restaurants as not to disturb our neighbors and our neighbors were just as quiet as us, so this place has people with respect and social etiquette. I will say this place has the tables crammed in, I’m plus size and I had to weave around the room to get to my chair in the back and then actually move the table so I could fit in between to get to the booth, which was very unfortunate and a bit embarrassing.

The food was fabulous. Im a vegetarian and there were a fair number of vegetarian dishes, although most of those lacked creativity. I’d love to see more inspired vegetarian options. We had the flatbread with roasted garlic and goat cheese and the risotto mozzarella balls to start. Both were great, tasted very fresh. The red sauce with the risotto balls was outstanding, warm and rich with a kick to it. The drinks were delicious, I got their autumn respite and it was particularly good and a somewhat unique flavor combination. I had the pesto pasta for dinner and although the sauce was quite runny it had great flavor. Restaurant pestos often disappoint but this one was fresh and delicate. They got my order wrong the first time but corrected it pretty quickly, which I was thankful for since my fiancée won’t begin eating without me. He got the carbonara which he said was also quite good.

For dessert we got the gelato and sorbet trio and it was hands down the best pistachio gelato I’ve ever had, which happens to be my favorite. They were out of the coconut, my second favorite, which was disappointing. They were also out of the red meat option, which my fiancée really wanted, so that was also quite disappointing, as he doesn’t care for pasta generally and this was one of the few mains without it. I had the homemade arancella which was fabulous and he got a grappa that happened to be one of his favorites. The wine was so good too.

Throughout the night we had 3 different staff checking in on us so we never sat there waiting for help. Each one of them was wonderful but not overbearing. It genuinely seemed like they didn’t mind (dare I say enjoyed?) the work atmosphere. They didn’t rush the bill either. We spent about an hour and a half here.

As people who usually go out in Seattle, we were shocked that the place was nearly cleared out by 815, but I imagine is due to the older clientele they were serving that night and the general calmness of the Redmond region.

Overall, the meal was exceptional. We rarely find ourselves in Redmond and we don’t often go to a place twice unless it’s VERY good but I will be coming back and I eagerly await another violin date night at Blue Sardinia. I highly recommend this place, even if you have to drive out from Seattle.

I haven't really experienced internally the atmosphere, so I can't say, but from the outside, Why would I need to mind it if I'm not a patron? As for other patrons... All I can say is for all businesses, don't be selective and in waiting for your hidden rule of "The right to refuse service" to those so called doing wrong or that you simply don't like. Why have issues?

But externally, I enjoy the overall structure, the setup, Even the bar area has a relaxed atmosphere that I don't mind at all. Employment matters are not on the table for discussion, employers also have to make compromises, directly. My survival isn't dependent on any, moreso as they are dependent on the system keeping THEM in a pseudo control.

I can't really say much for the customers as most of them make me cringe, hard. And it has been a major trend amongst many asian and Euro tech workers to bully individuals into reviews when someone gets mad or likes what they read, a hand out for employment writing reviews, isn't hard. Oh wait... System says HSD are needed? Well I can go for more entertaining then.

I will Only ever, when I feel like it, Review honestly to how I think and see it, I'm not being cut checks to lie, and couldn't be swayed to. So just keep it honest in dealings and business with me.

I don’t typically leave reviews but this Christmas Eve was incredible! Our waitress brought such vibrancy to our experience, she made us feel like family and her extensive knowledge in wine was impressive. We particularly enjoyed the bruschetta, they had olives on them, which gave them a little something extra, I’d never had the tortellini before and WOW those cannolis! Thank you for making our holiday so memorable! You’ll be seeing a lot more of us!

One of if not my favorite restraint in Redmond. Everything here tastes amazing. The pasta is made in house, as is their gelato. There’s one particular waitress there whose name escapes me but is knowledgeable about everything on the menu and one of the kindest waiters ever. I really recommend their bolognese, and any of the gelato flavors.

Delicious food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Had the short rib special along with a couple drinks and an affogato for dessert. Recommend coming here for a good quality meal, made with local and delicious ingredients. On the pricey side but worth every cent.

This is what an authentic Italian ristrotante should feel like (vs the equally authentic Tropea near by, which is more of a trattoria). Basically the Barolo of the east side. The flavor constantly remind me of my days in southern Italy. Every time I've eaten there I felt been transported back to the Mediterranea, only to be waken up by the rainy nights of Seattle when we step outside.

Incredible Italian gem in the Redmond. The food here is incredibly fresh and delicious. I get the filet mignon and it's absolutely to die for, especially with those Brussels sprouts they serve it with.

Beautiful place, wonderful food, exceptional service. Big thanks & kudos to Rodrigo for helping us plan a special event in their private dining area and to Alicia for superb service, making everything flow so well, from food & drinks to desserts.

If you're looking for private dining on the Eastside - it'd be tough to find a better venue. I highly recommend it!!!
