Ruckus Pizza, Pasta, and Spirits

My husband and I attended a special event, Ruckus Bourbon Dinner. This was an event you had to preregister for. The dinner was 5 courses and I had a drink to go with each one. All of the liquor was from. Buffalo Trace. Throughout dinner a representative talked about their business. We started with a take on a Moscow Mule made with their Wheaton vodka. We then had 3 different bourbons and. Bourbon cream with dessert. All of the food was good. One note I would give to the chefs is that the bisque, mashed potatoes and a sauce were all way too salty. The salt drowned out all the other flavors. The service was phenomenal! Even before the event we had communication with the event organizer because of dietary restrictions and they accommodated where needed. If you have an opportunity to go to one of the Ruckus special events you will enjoy it!

Went here for the first time. Absolutely loved it the food was phenomenal and the portions were the best of anywhere I've been. Even the appetizer was a great portion size. I will continue to return to this place.

Went in for “to go” sushi based on friends telling me how good it was. It was a Sunday afternoon and all of the NFL games were in the big screens. Had a beer while waiting. On this day they had specials on mimosas and Bloody Mary’s but no beer specials (I get it). The sushi was quickly prepared and we brought it home.

A M A Z I N G - on par with all of the sushi restaurants in the triangle without the high priced sushi attitude. We will be back for sure.

Love Rukus in general I usually frequent the Cary location because it's closer to me but recently took a sushi making class here and it was amazing! We has a great time it was a cute date night idea and the sushi was excellent even with our amateur skills can't wait until the take home kits are available. All the host were amazing and the staff

Ordered the Wolfpack sushi roll. Fresh and delicious! Pizza was ok. This location is near the Apex Costco. Enjoyed the music trivia game.

We had a good scrumptious late night dinner between 10-11pm at Ruckus restaurant in Apex NC. The service provided by Amber was stellar and she suggested what vegetarian foods will match our palette for the evening. The cocktails were fruityly delicious and so was the scotch on the rocks perfect for our friend. 😋

Will certainly go again to enjoy another treat to pamper myself and my loved ones. 👍🌻😎

An excellent place to eat with more menu variety than any other pizza restaurant I've seen. They have anything from tacos, subs, wings, salads along with a sushi menu and a brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays. We ordered pizza, sweet & spicy BBQ wings, and mozzarella sticks. All 3 dishes were delicious. Their alcoholic beverages are also well made.

I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and the end all burger on Uber Eats. The food came fast and was hot and fresh. I loved the Chicken Parmesan and my friend loved the burger. I will order and again and recommend if you’re looking. :)

Had an opportunity to go there for lunch and the food variety is good. The service and the attitude of our attendant was really good She was very helpful and helping to decide which food items to pick and the delivery of food was quite quick. I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and lettuce honey mustard dressing sweet potato fries Long Island iced tea. That was my first time going and I will be going back.

Love Ruckus. First time to this location. I miss Ryan so much. RIP bud!

The food here is always great. I had the steak salad last night and it did not disappoint! We also had the Poke bowl, chicken tenders, rangoon app, and, of course, pizza slices.

They also have a great beer selection and I highly suggest coming here for Sunday football. Overall, a fantastic neighborhood hangout.

Great atmosphere outside. Seemed to take a long time between drinks and order taking. Food was good.

Food was excellent. Service was great as well. I really enjoyed the garlic knotts and my meal as well, ranch bacon chicken wrap and pasta salad. I loved my coconut mojito also!

Our first time eating here! The food was amazing, there was something for everyone. Service was great! I'll definitely make the drive back from Clayton to Apex just to eat there!!!

Food was very good and fresh. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. This is a great place to go get a bite to eat later in the evening when other places are already closed.

We finally found a place that offers Sushi, Gluten free options, AND that plays all of the hockey games! And they have trivia it was pretty awesome.

First time there. Drove from Winston Salem to have lunch with family. First time and not our last. Thanks to our favoulus sercy. I love the shark bites.

Jay took care of us very well as a group of 13. He managed to remember everyone's names and had a witty comeback ready for every occasion. The food was excellent, especially the Cannelloni. The menu is very diverse.

Delicious pizza, good beer, great outdoor seating. Wait staff was pleasant and attentive. Food came out within 20min. Will definitely be going again!

I have always enjoyed Ruckus in Raleigh, Cary and Morrisville. The Apex location doesn’t disappoint. Sam was a great bartender, the sushi was incredible. Had a delicious slice of pizza (pro tip: have them cook it crispy).
