Academy Sports + Outdoors

This store carries most sporting equipment you could need. We needed a particular biking item and found it. While in the store we were approached by two employees asking if we needed help. When we checked out, the item we were buying rang up for more than the price posted. The cashier adjusted the price to what we reported. It was very easy and the cashier very helpful. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I drove from Wake Forest to this location because they had the shoes in stock. Ms. Kansas was very helpful in assisting me with all questions and concerns. Great store and friendly staff!

Miles and Carl exhibited Outstanding Customer service! I was getting a dog pen and they loaded and took me to the cashier and loaded it in my truck. I never had to touch it. Not to mention the dog pen was the best deal I could find anywhere.

Excellent place to purchase shoe and other sports goods. I purchased slip resistant work shoes from the brand of Skechers.
It's great comports and feel safe.

I'll drive to Apex just to go here rather than the other big guy in town. They're finally putting one in Knightdale so that will soon be my go to place to dump my money on kids gear.

There are most of outdoor sport collections. In common clothes are special made for sports so bit expensive. I found some clearance sections where some items are very cheap like soccer shoes. They were about $10. Adjusent to Costco so location is good.

Ron and Lisa were the absolute best in providing excellent customers service. They went above and beyond to make sure that my family was safe by providing a gun lock to me although my purchase was made in another location. Thank you again for superb service.

This was my first trip to Academy Sports. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it might be akin to one of its competitors but it wasn't. The prices were quite reasonable. We needed some assistance with some items. We had the pleasure of working with Madison. He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the products.eateries.
Update 6/19/23: Went in to pick up a few things. Prices were good. Found what I needed and more. Staff is super friendly.love Academy.
Update 12/30/23: still one of my fave places to shop.

Visited store to buy fishing gear. Bradley in sporting goods was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was nice to visit a store where someone was professional and eager to help with what I needed.

I've only made online purchases but they have been smooth. The website and pick process is easy. I'll continue to purchase from here.
