Brickhouse Burgers & Pizza

This was our first time eating here and we're told they had great food. It was not your normal sit down & be waited on. There was a sign that said "get your menu, choose your food and before you sit down, head to the cashier to pay for your food & then pick where you want to sit". We ordered a Stromboli and it was the best I have ever had! It was cooked perfect and filled with topping of my choice. The sauce was just as good. The girls checked on us a few times for our drinks & to make sure everything was fine. I highly recommend this place if your ever in Maggie Valley.

We got there around 7:20pm when they close at 8pm but the staff was still very friendly and helpful. We had the pizza and it was delicious!! My wife loved the homemade ranch. Atmosphere was neat and we loved the local hometown feel.

Wow! All I can say is wow! This place was recommended by a friend so we thought we would try it out. They open at 4:00 we arrived at 4:30 and the parking lot was almost full.
You order at the counter and then your drinks and food are brought to your table. The staff were over the top friendly, happy and efficient! It was so refreshing to see. I asked one of the young ladies, I believe her name was Karie… why she was so happy… she said, “I love my job”
Now let’s get to the pizza. The flavor is amazing I’m assuming it’s because it’s cooked in a brick oven.
This is a must try when I’m Maggie Valley!!!

The perfect place to eat after a full day of skiing. The burgers were absolute perfection. The Maui Wowie with blue cheese crumbles was divine. My kid had the smoky bacon burger and said it was "the best burger I've ever had in my life." The service was second to none - my server, Kenzie, was refilling drinks faster than we could drink them. If you're looking for a little slice of heaven in North Carolina, this place is it.

Quick start, this is the first review I have ever written because I feel like writing reviews is a waste of my time. (Legit no offense to people who do leave reviews, I'm an awful human) But I want people to know how good this place is because it's just that good. The food was amazing, the vibe of the joint was so aesthetically pleasing and the servers (we had Autumn primarily and she was just awesome) were kind, attentive and seemed to genuinely care about/enjoy working there. Go, don't go, I personally don't care. You're missing out if you skip over this place though

This was our second time visiting from SC and it's still just as good. I love ordering at the counter. The servers are friendly and attentive with drinks and delivering orders. The cheese is so gooey and wonderful. We'll be back.

Tasty, good music, cool interior and friendly servers... The only thing I don't like (and it's not their doing by any means) is that you pay at the counter when you order and thus the tip if you want it on the credit card. This is all before you ever have service or food. But that's the way many places are doing it now.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our experience here. I have celiac disease so finding this spot while vacationing in Waynesville was quite the blessing. I’m generally wary of most restaurants. Even here in Charleston they often misrepresent their offerings and protocols. Not the case here. As other reviews have stated, the ladies were extremely knowledgeable about allergens and their in house preparations.

We arrived 30min before closing as we miscalculated our drive and were greeted with a line almost out the door. Not wanting to be a bother we checked with the staff before getting in line and instead of being treated like an inconvenience, we were joyfully welcomed. They even offered a free dessert for being the final customer as they appreciated our willingness to wait when it was truly us who were appreciative of them. Not one moment did a staff member sit idle. Balacing the line and a full house the ladies were extremely efficient and allocated their efforts evenly. We were seated and served in no time. Service was top quality from everyone involved and the food delicious. Proportions were hardy and pricing, at least in comparison, was a steal. Parking was a bit tricky but it’s a popular place so I can’t really find fault. We enjoyed it so much we ordered take out the next night before leaving town and they executed it just as well. If it existed here, it would be our go to place.

Great service and great food. I didn't get to try the burger but I have absolutely no doubt that it would've been great. What I can say is the pizza was awesome and I'm a bit of a pizza snob sometimes and the crust, the sauce, the cheese and toppings were very not commercial and like the chain places. It has an original homemade high quality taste altogether and it easily ranks as one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my top 10 list.

We’ve only gotten take-out from here but when we go in to pick up the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is sooooo good. We’ve gotten pizza and my ultra picky and harshest food critic husband LOVED the burger. So, we will keep going back to get more delicious food.

Excellent service! We dine out often and have been to many high end establishments but the service here blew those out of the water! The food was amazing. The menu was easily labeled gluten free and the staff was knowledgeable about food allergies. I would give 10 stars if I could

5/5 no joke. The food was real good, better than I could’ve expected. I got the Mac and Cheese burger, fries were spot on. My lady got the spinach and artichoke dip which she enjoyed. The service I received was better than 5star restaurants back home. Our server Autumn is a rockstar and she was holding it down

Somehow this place has the best veggie burger I have ever had. I’ve been a vegetarian for 8 years now and this little burger and pizza joint in the mountains of western NC has the most satisfying veggie burger I have ever tried. Their fries are outstanding as well, just normal crinkle fries but with a great seasoning.

We loved the environment and staff here. Both were great. The pizzas were very good as well. We'll be back the next time we are in Maggie Valley. The parking is around back and accessed on the right side of the building.

Absolutely the best spot to get pizza or a bur partner. Absolutely love to there and they treat it everyone with respect. My son who is has autism, the waitress treated him with so much kindness and went out of her way to make sure he was comfortable and happy.

Very friendly, courteous, and big smile service with fast food once order is placed. The food was fresh and delicious with huge portions! Great start to our labor day weekend mountain retreat ☺👍✌😎

100 out of 10. A MUST for my husband and I! We take a trip every year after Christmas to Cherokee/Gatlinburg and this establishment is ALWAYS on our list of things to do. The staff, atmosphere and THE FOOD is ALWAYS AMAZING!

Great place with a fine burger and fries that were seasoned to perfection, definitely would get again if I came back. The highlight was the phenomenal service, the staff were nice and on top of things, even though they were quite busy.

Fantastic pizza and burgers. We got the Supreme, forgot the actual menu name fore it. The crust was crispy, the pizza wasn't overcooked and the ingredients were very fresh! That was an expertly made pizza. And the cowboy burger was the best burger I've had since moving to the Carolinas. Fries had a really good seasoning on them, obviously not just salt. I can not recommend this place enough! It's so good, next time I'm travelling within 50 miles, I'll drop by.
