We couldn't be happier with our experience designing a ring with Sophie at Green Lake Jewelry Works. The end to end design experience was a lot of fun and we felt comfortable with the process the whole way. It was incredibly easy to collaborate through their design portal and communication was always easy throughout. It was great seeing our design come to life from Drawings > CAD > 3d Wax Model > The Actual Ring.

My fiance and I worked with Erich in Bellevue. After trying on and researching engagement rings for some time, we decided that going the custom route was the right choice for us. We read many reviews and heard great things about Green Lake. They did not disappoint! Erich understood immediately what we wanted. He provided several pieces for inspiration. He did a sketch at our first appointment that was beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. He explained the whole process and set expectations for a timeline. He provided a plethora of beautiful stones for us to look at. I was SHOCKED when he even brought the stones outside so that we could see how they would look in natural light! Being able to see the stone in all lights, really helped us pick our favorite though! Erich genuinely listened to our thoughts and desires every step of the way. I am so in love with my ring! It is stunning! It feels so special that we were able to design our ring and make it uniquely ours. And the process of making it really exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Green Lake if you are looking to make a custom piece for engagement or any occasion.

We had a wonderful experience working with Chelsea at Green Lake Jewelry Works to design my engagement ring and wedding band set. We never made it to the store in person, so I can only speak to the online experience, but that interface was efficient and easy to use. Chelsea was very communicative and patient as we refined our design. I'm thrilled with my rings and their delicate, detailed engraving, and I'd recommend this store to anyone, especially those looking to create fully or semi-custom jewelry.

I showed up to Green Lake Jewelry in Bellevue not quite sure what I wanted, and ended up leaving with the most perfect custom ring imaginable. Erich was so helpful and selected several rings for me to try on, taking note of which aspects of each one I liked and then designed a custom ring that utilised all the best parts of each ring. I had a custom wedding band designed by Chelsea K and I must say she is the most thoughtful and patient designer I could have been set up with, I feel incredibly fortunate. I am located in Austin, TX and wanted to find a jeweler that specialized in hand engraving and after months of research Green Lake Jewelry Works was the clear option. I wasn't able to visit the store so we had to do everything virtual - which I just had to trust them to be legit - and were they ever. The process was seamless, it almost felt like I was designing a tattoo - very personal. The band arrived exactly how we had envisioned! 10/10 would recommend and when I am in the PNW I absolutely plan on stopping by to show my support and just say hi!

I recently had my custom diamond ring designed by Green Lake Jewelry Works, and the final product was absolutely peerless. It was exactly the diamond ring my partner has dreamt about, and the designer, Erich, took great care to ensure that it was the exact model we had envisioned. He was communicative throughout the process, and was always easy to reach out to. His sketches were perfect, as well as the wax model versions of the ring. The designers put love and care into the ring, and I am blessed to be able to present it to my soon to be fiancé this coming summer. Both my fiancé and I got our engagement and wedding rings designed here. I have had great experiences and quality customer support. Our designer is Chelsea and she is AMAZING at what she does. She walked us through the process and is exceedingly quick to respond, whether it be to answer questions or add updates to the project details. All of the designs and materials are of the highest quality and look STUNNING. There is not a day that goes by when I’m not admiring the ring on my finger. Not only is the ring personalized to me, it was personally hand-crafted with thoughtfulness and dedication that clearly has been shown in the final product. I will continue to give this company my business because I strongly believe no other business could compare to the craft and skill, customer service, and the overall professionalism they offer throughout the design process.

Amazing customer service and product. After having gone to a few other places, we came to Green Lake Jewelry still having lots of questions. We worked with Erich who was able to effectively answer all our questions and provide us with some great options. Erich helped us design a customer ring which used my fiance's Grandmother's engagement ring center stone. The ring turned out amazing and the cost was not much higher than what other jewelers were quoting us for an off the shelf band. Erich stayed in touch throughout the process and we were able to review the design mock up prior to committing to ensure we were happy with it prior to finalizing.

After a few bad experiences with other jewelers and online retailers, my fiancée and I were so happy to find Green Lake Jewelry. The space is so inviting and we found it so interesting that the studio was visible in the back. Erich, our designer is amazing. He listened to our past experience and made us feel so welcome.

After telling Erich our design and vision for the ring, he was able to draft a design and it was perfect. Additionally, Erich is so well versed in the design process which made us feel very comfortable. Green Lake does a great job of involving you in every step of the design process from start to finish. When my fiancée saw the ring she was speechless. She told me that truly received her DREAM ring.

I came in to fix my engagement ring which had been dented from my wedding band. We decided to fully remake my engagement ring, but sturdier, to fit better with my wedding band. I worked very closely with Erich through the whole process and he was amazing! They were able to remake my ring, nearly identically but stronger and shaped to fit flush with my wedding band. I’m so happy with how it tuned out. The whole process was transparent and easy, I’d recommended them to anyone!

We sat down with Erich to create my dream engagement ring! I had an idea about what I wanted, but my fiance and I both knew there was likely a lot more details that go into the process of designing a ring that we didn't know about. Had the most amazing experience working with Brooke. She made the entire process seamless, fun and with her expertise she actually presented me with a different uniquelly cut diamond then what I was originally looking at that wound up being the rock of choice! Her communication and flexibility allowed for such a great experience with all the nerves that come with a first time ring shopper. This review is long overdo but I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone. There was no added pressure or up sale and she really took the time to make sure everything was more then satisfactory and all our needs/wants were taken care of.
