Comfort Inn near Great Smoky Mountain National Park

The hotel is under renovation but our room was perfect. Room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the linens were very clean. The bathroom was updated. The breakfast was great especially when you eat at 9:30 am and there are still plenty of bagels, egg with cheese, muffins, yogurt, waffles and so much more. This hotel is 12 minutes away from the Ski Resort. It is in a prime location.

With a mini fridge, comfy chair, desk and chair. Bathroom is very nice, the only issue was a small stain in the tub but I think it was just a little construction damage, no big deal. Water pressure was nice too! Breakfast (7am-10am) had plenty options with waffles, fruit, scrambled eggs, omelette, sausage, bagel, etc. employees are very helpful and kind. Pretty kind friendly hotel, walls are pretty thin but we didn’t have any issue. Our hallway was just remodeled and they are working on another hallway remodel but there is no loud noises at all. We loved the pool, not super deep but GREAT FOR KIDS. With a hot tub with the awesome jets.

We came for the C10 truck show and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were nice, the staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was not much to chose from but it was free and filling. My only complaint was the beds. They are very hard even with a small topper. Loved our stay and definitely will be back. It’s also nestled in the small and charming Maggie Valley! The pool was perfect for my 2 year old as well.

Always clean! Receptionists are very kind and helpful! Great views all year. For a somewhat older hotel you couldn't ask for much more.

Very nice! A little rundown but clean and safe. Staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was good, the view of the mountains was gorgeous.

The breakfast area was small, but there was an place you could eat outside that was very beautiful with flowers all around. There were several lounge areas outside. The pool was the largest I've seen at a hotel and the jacuzzi was nice and hot. Most of the other visitors were older couples and biker groups.

The pool windows need to be deep cleaned and the vents sprayed with rustoleum. There were a few unpainted boards. A little bit of effort and it would be much more appealing. Some of the halls smelled faintly of BO as you walk past. I'm guessing the carpets need to be deep cleaned. Our room was clean but smelled very faintly of smoke, but not anything you noticed after a minute. The mini fridge was the smallest I've seen at a hotel. It was workable but a little annoying.

We enjoyed the local hikes and walking up and down the boardwalk in front of Maggie valley ice cream. The Mexican food close by was also really really good.

Rooms are older but comfortable AND extremely clean. Staff is great! Breakfast - eggs sausage cereals waffles yogurt breads juices and excellent coffee.

Pool was really Warm. The Hot tub was hot. The Breakfast was really delicious. The room was Clean and Warm. Highly Recommended.

We stayed here just one night, Friday, when we couldn't find an affordable room anywhere else. What a surprise. The lady at the desk was super nice and friendly. The location was perfect, we could walk to most places. The rooms were fine, we had a great night's sleep. And the price was reasonable compared to all the hotels in WNC. I think we will plan our next trip and stay here longer. And the breakfast was great too, with hot and cold choices.

This hotel is perfect compared to all hotels in the area. The sweet woman at the front desk during the day is the perfect example of what you’d expect when you check in to your hotel. Friends and I were there for the SEMTN. I’m really happy with the fact that they have parking passes to cut down on show parking taking over the lot. This made it extremely easy to find parking later in the evening. 10/10 best hotel in my experience of going to Maggie Valley!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. good , well stocked continental breakfast . Friendly staff. Motorcycle friendly, well lit carpark, they even provide towels to wipe down your trusted stead .

The location and price are absolutely perfect. The front desk staff is amazing. The rooms are good but I would not necessarily say they were four star. Very comfortable and clean and did not have any issues with the rooms. But basic. Definitely not an issue and will continue to stay here perfect place if you have a trailer and very accommodating for motorcycles.

Planned a mini vacay in Maggie Valley and wanted a hotel close to the ski facility. We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet area, close to lots of stores and restaurants with beautiful scenery. Delicious breakfast and kind staff. Will definitely be back one day!

Perfect for ski trips to Maggie Valley. Don't expect luxury, but just reasonable accommodations at a fair price. The kids don't mind anyways and absolutely love the indoor pool.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. The breakfast bar was substantial considering it was included in the room price.

We really like this place. We try to drive up from Atlanta 2-3 days a year to ski at Cataloochee with the kids, and this hotel has been great. It has a heated indoor pool and hot tub, and it's walking distance to a few great restaurants and tourist shops. It's very affordable. There's nothing fancy here, but it's clean, the people are nice, and you can't beat having a pool/hot tub for the kids. We spend 2.5 hours in there after dinner. They have big flat panel TVs in the rooms and free Internet. There's a basic hot breakfast the next morning. We've stopped in and checked out other hotels on the Maggie Valley strip with indoor pools - this is the best of them. I'd recommend this place.

Right beside the maggie valley fairgrounds, rooms are very well maintained. Also it has a continental breakfast on site. For other options Pops diner is across the street, super good food.

Very clean. Comfortable beds hot shower and friendly employees. TV didn't change channels. They came immediately and changed the batteries. Hot breakfast.

The front desk employee, Stan, that checked us in was very nice and polite. He was very informative and quickly got us our room. The room was very clean and I loved the heat lamp in the bathroom! The breakfast reach morning was great and there was plenty to choose from. There's not much room to sit (only 4 tables) so it gets full pretty quick, but breakfast is available for a decent amount of time and they kept it pretty stocked regardless of the number of guests getting food. I highly recommend staying here!
