Travelowe's Motel

I had an excellent stay at this Motel. The owner/managers were very kind and attentive.
The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
They had a microwave and spacious fridge. For $56 a night I received more than expected.

Highly recommend!!!

We stayed here for 6 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is great for being between Cherokee and Asheville, the restaurants are good, the rooms are clean, and the owners are very friendly. For anyone looking to elope, it's right next door to a cute little wedding chapel, too! So it's perfect for getting ready and going to the chapel in your day.

Very quiet perfect fit for laid back area. Kind of nostalgic. Great shower pressure plain and basic. Would stay again. Rocking chairs outside room were great.

For the price, it was fantastic! Despite my spouse declaring we'll get COVID, the room was clean, white sheets, no dead bugs or dirty bathroom. There were unexpected small perks such as coffee maker, fridge, microwave, good cable channels, and best, 6 way splitter outlet behind the bedside table for charging phones. Walls are thin but just cranked the AC fan and we were good. And, the main reason we booked it, they allowed our dog.

This is the BEST , CLEANEST place I have stayed in Maggie Valley!!! And I have now stayed in all the Motels there . They are the friendliest most welcoming people I have ever met is pet friendly it does not matter! I have stayed here 2 weeks now and to be honest I wish I would have came here first and stayed all of my time with them and their motel.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE NO DISAPPOINTMENT 💯‼👍👍👍👍👍

Love this place. It's my favorite spot for a getaway weekend ,girls trip, family trip, or any occasion. It is in a good location ,close to the best Maggie Valley attractions... Very plush bedding and high quality furnishings. The staff is nice and helpful and the price is a great value. Can't wait to go back here (:

Nice rooms in the heart of Maggie Valley. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not a 5 star hotel but it definitely is on of the nicer ones. Been here now 3 times and have never had a problem. Very highly recommend to anyone not trying to pay an arm and a leg for a decent room

Nice, clean, need child be slightly more comfortable but can't really complain at all. Would i stay again? Yes!

Great place to stay. The owners are really nice. I was here for a week and only problem I had was hearing some of the traffic from inside my room.

My visit to Travelers Motel was great for the price. Room service did a good job replacing towels toiletries and making the bed. It's only a couple minutes from Cataloochee ski area. It is a good location to get a cheap stay if you are going for a weekend of snowboarding or skiing. I would definitely consider using this motel again.

This is an older mom and pop motel. Has been refurbished. Plenty of room very clean. Nice owners. They do allow pets and no extra charge. you cannot beat the price.

The room was actually clean!! That's rare! We stayed upstairs, new renovations, Great staff, I really enjoyed my stay, I will be back.

The wife and I slid in on our bikes just as a thunderstorm let loose. The staff let us check in way early and park our bikes in the dry, they could not have been more helpful. The room was clean with nice sized TV and WIFI that actually worked. The location is great. The Wheels thru Time museum is a block away in one direction, and the Maggie Valley Festival grounds is a block away in the other direction. We will definitely stay here next tme.

Peaceful. Friendly. Couldn't hear outside noise from inside the room but was able to listen to the music during Thunder in the Smokies. Would recommend also walking distance to the grounds and food.

Room was excellent. Clean and everything I needed. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. I would 100 percent recommend travelowes. When I'm in the area this is the only place I will stay. AA rating

Traveling from KY to Charlotte North Carolina where my husband was starting a new job with a power company. Myself, hubby and our 10 yr old fur baby Nala we needed a rest. There was the welcoming sign"Welcome "bikers". And we love pets on the Marquis sign. Bright n bold it looked so inviting in the dark . We paid 77$ checked in at 11pm and out at 1130am. Very clean room with a comfy king size bed. A 32 in flat screen. Coffee pot. Microwave and fridge. A love seat that made a bed.so cozy. So comfy. Very very clean . Excellent room for the price . We will be back.
