The doctor I see, Dr Doonqua, has always been nice and understanding with me. He makes you feel like a friend instead of just another patient. And I usually don't have to wait very long at all to be seen.

Everyone at this office beginning from the front when you first walk in customer service is very professional everyone is very polite and courteous the doctors and staff are excellent and give Excellence service I would recommend them highly to all my friends and family members and I already have recommended them to everyone

My doctor is amazing I love how he tries medications first instead of going straight to pain medicine,it's a wonderful office, everyone there are very friendly

I’ve been coming here for a while. Guaranteed a wait of over an hour. Sometimes the doc is good and listens and other times he barely even says hello before he’s gone. After a lot of battling I’m not much better off.

Do not go to this practice and do not refer anybody to this practice. I needed a local neurologist. I have MS and I started my journey at Highland in August. I am still not on a treatment, which is mind boggling and worrisome to me. The doctor does not have a good bedside manner, does not listen to his patients. He forgot things in my file and hd to correct during our appointments. I hope and pray that they quickly get my files to my new neurologist. I want to start with a new doctor ASAP and I hope to get on a treatment even sooner.

Worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Wait times are too long and his bedside manner is very nasty. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone. If I could give less than one star, I would !!!!

Does not know what he is doing. He is just trying to make all he can off being a pain clinic. If you have medicare you will have to see him more than medicade patients. Medicare pays for more visits and bigger copay

The staff is not very friendly. They tell you to be here 30 mins early for what was for me just extra wait time. I came in before someone and he got to go back before my son.

The wait to be seen is RIDICULOUS! Literally 2.5 hrs just to be seen? Will NEVER recommend.

Highland Neurology now want you to pay a co pay before you see the actual doctor and then wants you to pay another co pay to see the doctor
