I was desperately in need of a new battery because I drove all over Goldsboro where one location didn’t have it in stock so I called for a stock check at another location, but when I got there they had the worst service! Thankfully I got to this location of Hwy. 111 and this nice staff, Mr. Acuna was able to assist me with fast service and a great smile! They’re seriously in need of more knowledgeable, great staff members like him! Truly appreciate the wonderful service and will be coming here for his assistance with my future needs.

Mike and his staff treated me right during a trip to the area when my check engine light came on. In about 3 minutes, they said that I didn’t screw on the gas cap correctly. They could have told me anything. While I was there, I bought wiper blades that they were happy to help install. The rest of my trip was smooth.

As a woman, it’s refreshing to go to an auto store and be treated respectfully! That’s exactly what happens every time I go here and deal with the manager, Mike!! He’s helpful, courteous and friendly.

Jesus Cruz was AWESOME!!! I came in the store on my way to work. I needed a headlight bulb for the front passenger side. No knowing anything about headlights, Jesus took the time to explain how they work, and the correct one I needed to replace. I work nights, so it was very important to get it done. Jesus also replace the bulb very quickly, and my way. Definitely 5 🌟

Very helpful staff

Just went to get wipers, staff was helpful and made sure I got the correct ones. I looked up what I needed, but forgot my reading glasses and print it there book was small. It was pouring outside, but they still offered to install them for me. They have always been helpful.

Went in to buy a battery for my car and the sales person took care of me right away. The youngman replace the old with the new and within 30 minutes I was on my way to work. I highly recommend this business for everyone. Thank you,

Changed my rating to 5 stars instead of 4. I don't generally give anybody 5 stars. Had to return some items and it was completely hassle free. The guys at this location are always easy to get along with. If they don't have a part you need they can usually get it there the next day.

Jesus Cruz I think is his name. Didn't have to but took the time to come help me with my door. The child lock was stuck and he fixed the problem. Such a blessing!!
