FUZZY'S BAIT & TACKLE

The young lady inside running place was just as nice and polite as can be. She laughed at my silly jokes with wife and when my wife threatened to divorce me cause I was trying to buy everything she talked her out of it. Had a great amount of tackle with a much better live bait selection than other places nearby. Had some good gear and bags and other wearables too. Not to much but not to little, just right. Could’ve stayed and talked for hours. Really wish more of these “mom and pops” places still existed.

Never had a bad time here. Fuzzy is wonderful and honest, he knows how to run a business. His live bait can't be beat, he also knows all the best fishing spots. If you are looking for an honest business man, fuzzy is the answer to your call. Can't say enough good things about his shop, or him to do it all justice. Wonderful place to shop!

Got there before Mr. Fuzzy had a chance to finish his coffee. But he was a very cool dude. Told us everything we needed to know and had everything we needed. One stop shop. Will definitely be back.

This little bait shop is awesome. Mrs. Fuzzy is amazing and was very helpful and super nice. I highly recommend you stop in and see her and buy you some tackle. Prices were very reasonable!

This is a great place to buy bait and tackle I've been going there for 3 years I always stop in and get advice on what the trout is biting but I was saddened to hear her say that after this season she won't be opening back up I wish her all the happiness with retirement and enjoy her peace thanks for your service

Great tackle shop, very nice and friendly, answered our questions about what license we needed and how to get them. I'll be stopping again on my next fishing trip in that area.

Fuzzy bait and tackle has been like family to me and other customers, they are always friendly and very helpful. I have never needed anything that they don't have, or couldn't order for me prices are the best around.

The woman running the joint was awesome, she literally chased me into the parking lot to give me a bottle of water. She gave my little boy candy, and has things in her shop that fisherman actually use.

Sad to hear they were selling this year, my husband loves this spot when we visit MV.

This guy is knowledgeable and HONEST. He didn’t over sell me, he sold me what I needed. I didn’t realize it at the time I paid but he overcharged me. He ran out and caught me in the parking lot to correct the mistake.

I love going in to see what neat new item my husband and I can find. We are bikers who love to camp and he always has something we end up buying.

Very humble man if u don't know anything about trout fishing in NC he will put you on them just ask.

A true iconic atmosphere. Every thing you need in tackle and bait. If Fuzzy don't have it...you don't need it.

Seems small but is packed with any fishing stuff you could need. Guy was super friendly and laid back.
