Heritage Apartments

I’ve been living at Heritage for 7 months now and am so happy to be here. The renovated units are stunning (also, really affordable for the area!) and the amenities are just what I need! The grounds are well kept with weekly visits from a landscaping crew, valet trash service is super convenient, and the pool is one of my favorite places to hang out this summer. I can’t say enough about the office staff and how helpful they were through the application and move in process for me. They will go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered, concerns addressed, and to make everyone feel at home! Maintenance crew is courteous & professional. I was hesitant about the idea of living in an apartment community but Heritage has been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to many more months of calling this place home.

My husband and I have lived in Heritage for almost two years now, and we have had a great experience. The environment is quiet and friendly, and it is set in a great location. Anytime we have had an issue and/or needed something for the apartment, Lauren (office manager) has been quick and diligent to ensure that the issue is resolved and we have what we need. The office staff and maintenance has been easy to work with. We have enjoyed our time at Heritage!

I would like to applaud the Management Team/Maintenance Staff. The Move in was uneventful. The Manager was very accommodating when my mom needed an apartment on the lower floor she was very understanding and our issue was given her immediate attention. I just wanted to thank her and her team. Her Maintenance staff Jeremy and Omar are always polite and quick to repair the few things that we found that needed repair. Thanks Again Team Heritage. I would recommend anyone to live in this great community

I lived for a year at Heritage Apartments in Hillsborough, NC. It was a safe, clean, quiet, and comfortable place. Office and maintenance staff were pleasant and helpful. Other residents were friendly but non-intrusive.

One nice perk I haven't seen anywhere else is daily garbage pickup, you just set the trash can they supply in front of your door at a specific time. This eliminates the old forget-the-garbage-bag-is-on-the-roof-of-your-car-and-drive-away routine.

At the end of my lease I bought a house out of state or I would have continued living there.

The property manager is wonderful, she has always communicated fast and efficient. I enjoy the gym and pool as well as the common area in the office which is extremely nice. I like that I can walk to the office and get help usually right away in business hours of course. Very helpful staff!

I have lived at Heritage Apartments a little over a year. The management and maintenance staff are outstanding. The few minor concerns I have had, have been taken care of immediately. The grounds are well kept. I love my apartment. It is pet friendly, as I recently rescued and adopted a dog. The neighbors are friendly.

Only one annoying thing happened in the 15 months I lived here and it was not the leasing office fault. They totally rectified it and thus my 5 star review stands. Great place to call home.
There is nothing wrong with this place at all. I have delt mostly with Jessica in leasing and she is fantastic at her job. but each and every person from leasing to maintenance is the consummate professional. The rents are reasonable, big apartments, too big for me and my minimalist approach haha.
The maintenance guys have been quick and more than competent. The management company 10 Federal I think they are called are doing things the right way here. They always keep you in the loop via email with any and all important information.

My wife and I have been residents here at Heritage for over a year and have found it a good fit for us. The management here is top notch - friendly, caring, and willing to go out of their way to help in any situation. Overall, our experience has been very satisfying and we enjoy the quiet living and safe environment that we have found at Heritage.

I just moved in Friday and Lauren and Grace welcomed me and my family with open arms we are so grateful and thankful for this beautiful apartment and this beautiful and peaceful community thank y'all!

I had a leak in my bathroom. I put in a request this morning and Andre in maintenance showed up in a very reasonable time. He is very skilled in his job domain. He’s always professional and courteous. *This was BEFORE the current management took over.*

We have had a great experience living here at the Heritage Apartments! The front office staff have been extremely friendly and helpful, and are willing to work with us if we ever have any questions/concerns. The area is also very safe, and is a short drive to downtown Hillsborough.

Heritage is a warm and friendly place to make your home. With friendly office leasing agents, maintenance men who are speedy and readily available for all your needs, and neighbors who smile and greet you, it is evident that Heritage is concerned with the well being of your stay with them. These apartments are very close to quaint downtown Hillsborough, which is great for history buffs, and those who love the small-town life. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who may be searching.

Amazing apartments. Every since I first called Heritage they have been helpful the entire way. The staff are excellent. They have helped me with my leasing process and answering all questions I've. Clean apartments and landscape. Great and convenient location.

I have lived here for about 5 months now and overall it has been outstanding , maintenance staff is great , rental office staff is incredible and deifinitely are great genuine people. Andre the maintenance guy is very courteous and goes above and beyond to get the job done, they deserve 5 stars and anyone looking for a place to move in I recommend here most definitely

My experience here has been wonderful. Never had a problem with any staff and the maintenance is always so nice to me and my family. The rooms are very nice (I have the three room two bathroom apartment) and lots of space.

Safe, quiet place to live with well maintained grounds. The manager, Lauren Sitterson, is excellent at her job. She goes above and beyond for her residents. If you're looking a place to live, this is the one!!

I’ve lived here for a few years and I love it!! The apartment manager cares so much about making everything run so smoothly and fix any problems we have in a timely manner. Highly recommended!!!!

I been here at heritage apts. Since Feb of 2019. It has been a good place so far..nice quiet area for the most part..the apartment complex is really clean.... haven't had any issues since I've been here..the staff is great..and the maintenance guys are always helpful...i would recommend Heritage apts to any one looking for a place.

I was having a problem closing my garage during the weekend. I was unsure how busy the maintenance man but I called and left a message for him. Within ten minutes I got a call from Andre. I told him my problem and he was over to my garage less than ten minutes. He spent time trouble shooting my garage opener until he got it working. Wasn't expecting to be fixed that fast.
