Thought this was a reputable place because one of the pastors referred it. Took my Audi to get work done and was told $141 for a diagnosis and this fee was waived if the work was done at the location which is reasonable. Engine light was on but I had an inkling it was the alternator but I also thought it may need new spark plugs as well but he ran the diagnostic and said that the engine light would go off. Paid $894 in cash to this place only for the engine light to still be on and me ask for them to tell me the issue and then tell me…”it’ll cost you $141” GROSS! It was there less than a week ago and you didn’t fix issue though you said you had. DO NOT go to this place. Save your money/go to a place that will be more convenient in allowing credit/debit cards and who will be upfront and not try to take your money. Go to the dealership BEFORE you even think to come here.
