Always has friendly service and they'll bend over backward to try to make you satisfied. I've needed new batteries for my key fob and they'll usually open it up put a new battery in it and not charge you a thing. I did have some trouble with the recurrent low pressure on a tire that I had to go back multiple times to have it checked and finally on the third try they said they found a hole and plugged it so I assumed to have a plug put in it would have had to have been a fairly big hole but I only lost pressure about 5 to 6 lb every month or so , and the receipt I got said they did not find leak so who do you believe. But it hasn't lost pressure since then so maybe they finally fixed it and by the way they didn't charge me because I had to go back so many times which is good service. I just didn't like having to wait so long for an oil change and to have the tire repaired when I had an appointment. I have gone in there with no appointment and gotten out faster. They do serve little snacks or cold water and sometimes yucky coffee for while you're waiting and they have a TV to watch to pass the time but mostly I use there Wi-Fi service and just use my phone.

I have been in customer service for 24 years and the motto was to try to keep customers and find solution not be short ,and inconsiderate. I understand like any service it’s customer responsibility to get car to shop but I have just spend over 10,000.00 in a repair just in 5 months ago and having same issue car won’t move and all you can say is pay a tow truck Wow I was left with out words I have purchased now over 6 cars from this lot and service all of them here but this was last time I have opted to take my vechical elsewhere where maybe they have better services .

Having a hard time about fixing air conditioner. I don't understand why it's so difficult to realize that the air isn't cold enough. Third trip to dealership Monday.
