Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I absolutely love my local Enterprise Rental Agency. The employees and manager are super nice. They have competitive rates and are usually well stocked with a variety of nice vehicles. I do recommend confirming your reservation with the vehicle you want because they do book up with confirmations on the more popular vehicles and sometimes all vehicles in stock. They have increased their inventory by a lot, but unfortunately, sometimes, demand is still higher.

Ben was amazing. The whole team is friendly. My keys were stolen while working which left me stranded. I was a wreck but they took care of everything and actually cared for my well being. They didn't "just do their job". They have compassion and put the customer's needs first. Ben is the branch manager. He took time to fix my situation, contact me and have an actual conversation with me. They turned a ruining situation into a good day. Honestly a blessing.

I thought the price was really affordable. The staff was friendly. Our car was the Hyundai Accent. We were getting really good gas mileage. If I have to rent a car in the future I will come back to this location.

I've rented here half dozen times (twice since Covid) and always it's been a good experience. My latest Covid car was cleaner than usual (except the windshield which ALWAYS seems to need to be cleaned from any rental agency I've ever used) and smelled good; convertible 4cyl turbo Mustang

My husband and I love renting from this location. The staff at the Lois Lane location are great. They are professional and friendly. They call us to confirm our rentals. One time I was able to make a reservation online a couple of days before we needed the car but they immediately called to let us know that unfortunately they would not have a car available for us. We appreciated that, instead of having us waste our time like another location did. Lesson learned, now we book in advance. We definitely recommend this location.

I prefer renting a vehicle here as opposed to going somewhere else.

I'm a long time Enterprise customer and I can truly say this location is AWESOME!!! Terrance, James, Casey, Phil and Chris were 1000% excellent and went out of their way to make sure they helped me during the holidays to find a vehicle that worked for my family. They were knowledgeable, patient...and most of all TOTALLY committed to making sure they took care of my needs!!! I highly recommend this location UNEQUIVOCALLY!!!!

The Enterprise team at the Lois Lane, Wake Forest location is always helpful and accommodating.

My family rented a car from this Enterprise location. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Car was good too. Prices were cheaper than other locations within Raleigh.

We've rented from here a few times while our cars have been fixed at Caliber. This last time was exceptionally great service. We needed a car for 6 and we had to trade out a few times to get the right car. They actively looked for a vehicle that would fit our needs before we went on vacation. Thank you!

The best rental experience I have ever had. Courteous, friendly, professional, practiced safety precautions and guided me through the process in words that I could understand. I had a small glitch with the first vehicle I received. I went back to Enterprise and it was fixed IMMEDIATELY. No questions asked. It was amazing. I highly recommend this place of excellence.

Since Google reviews are important.... I’ll leave my thoughts here as well. Secret location ! Painless in & out process! Friendly smiling faces at the counter! Refreshing to have someone make their part of the process as seamless as possible. No headache coming here! The overall experience was worth driving the extra few miles. These guys are hidden right next to Caliber Collison. What a relief!!
