Isaiah and Albert were super helpful and friendly. Also extremely patient with me while I decided and figured out what I wanted to do. Isaiah also went above and beyond to help make sure I was satisfied with my products, especially because I had a rough experience with a different AT&T store earlier that day.

Great service. Albert, Isaiah, and Arsenio were all very helpful and knowledgeable about services and products. We had great conversation as we waited for our new phones to be setup. Thank you all for your help!

Reeve & Jeremiah were incredibly chill and knew how to make the process of upgrading to a new phone seamless and easy. Helped me with any questions and had the knowledge to get everything done quickly. Highly reccomend for any of your AT&T needs.

Emmanuel was so awesome! This was a pretty complex undoing of some problems that Pure Talk and I had caused but Emmanuel was patient and persevered when I would have given up. He also took care of every customer who walked in and no one felt neglected. Most importantly I could tell that everybody liked him. Emmanuel is a great ambassador for AT&T and the Wakefield Commons Store. I’m glad I drew him to make sure I got back with AT&T that same day

Customer service should be where the representative makes you feel like he is doing everything possible to help with your issue, concerns, and questions. The ATT rep at the Wakefield location was awesome. Second time that I went. Even though I live closer to other locations.

Emmanuel is an asset that this company should do everything to keep. I'd be more than happy to employ him. He's smart, diligent, listens to your issues, makes suggestions, and is efficient. I drive nearly 20 minutes out of my way more to come to this location because of him.

Perfect experience! Dylan was friendly, helpful, competent and knowledgeable. There was a small hiccup because I recently purchased another phone, but he was able to resolve the issue. This location had the exact phone I was looking for in stock and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was also impressed by the number of cases, chargers, etc. they had in-stock. When so much has been moved to ordering online, it’s great to find a place that has things ready to be purchased. I would definitely come back to this location in the future.

Emmanuel was awesome! He walked us through the whole process. Made sure everything was working properly and that we understood what would be the best phone and deal for us. AT&T has the friendliest and most knowledgeable people!!!

Our family of 3 went to the Wakefield Commons store to upgrade our older phones to the new Apple iPhone SE 2020. The entire experience was a pleasure.The staff at the store was very helpful in explaining the features of the new phones and various phone plans that would fit our needs. All of the staff, Jeremiah, Desiree, Susan and Arsenio were super. We made a few visits to the store so we had some experience with all the staff at some point in time, .Our primary service rep was Susan who we cannot say enough of good things about. She was so patient with us all and did her best to present the features of the phone and to provide guidance on using apps and saving on data usage.
Susan was courteous, knowledgeable, diligent, efficient and at times humorous with 3 people who have limited phone tech background. We thank her and the other store personnel and would definitely recommend this store to our family and friends.

About 1 month ago I researched local AT&T stores to see which stores had good reviews to help ensure I had a good experience. Well, it was very difficult to find a store that consistently received good reviews, until I read the reviews for this store. I made a couple of phone calls prior to going to the store and each time the individual that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Ashley, actually helped my husband with setting his new phone up and she was very patient and helpful. I drove 30 minutes from my home to specifically go to this store and I'm very glad I did, because I was not disappointed. It was definitely worth it because we received great customer service. I will always return to this store for any AT&T business I need to handle in person!! This was my first time meeting Ashley and going to her store but she has definitely earned a lifetime customer!! Ashley continue managing your store just the way you are, being courteous and customer focused!!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of meeting Dylan Chavez a few months ago when we purchased iPhones. He was great and did an outstanding job.
Last week we were back with Dylan to get Apple watches. This young man is incredible. Not only his knowledge of the products but his demeanor with customers. He is an asset to this business.
We have seen other staff members working there and they all seem to be from the same school as Dylan.

I updated my phone on Wednesday with the help of Susan. I cannot express enough how great the experience was. She made the process simple and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
I typically dread dealing with phone companies but, she really made it enjoyable. Susan was personable, friendly, informed, helpful, and just fun to work with!
