The sales associate took my information, asked me what I was looking for, listened to my concerns, and before you know it, I was behind the wheel of my first brand new car driving off the lot grinning from ear to ear. This was the most rewarding experience!! Very polite and courteous. If you need a vehicle, please check them out, it will be worth your while.

I needed an appointment for my car's routine maintenance. Appointment scheduling and check-in was super convenient as it could be done from an app on my phone! The staff at Deacon Jones Hyundai were friendly and very helpful. They kept me updated during the time my car was at the dealership and I got a call as soon as my car was ready. Would recommend this service center!

Deal of a lifetime!! Roger was absolutely the best and Darin the GM was awesome!! We were treated just as if we were close family. Both Roger and Darin treated us like we were their own Mom and Dad. And Joe the finance guy handled our paperwork in the most professional manner possible. He never tried to sell us anything that we didn't need. After all, they have the best warranty in the world on their automobiles. Our Brother in law and sister bought his car from there. We bought our Santa Cruz from there. Our cousin bought her car there and now we are sending our son and daughter in law there to buy their next car. These folks treat each other like family and they treat their customers the same way. Best dealership we have ever been to and we are in our late fifties so we've been to a lot of dealerships in the last 40 years.

Easy to deal with. Called and negotiated a deal on the phone. They delivered the car the next day an hour away, and took my car away in trade. Transaction was quick, easy and professional. Response to questions is always quick. Much better experience than any of the dealers in the Triangle. I have purchased 4 or 5 cars from this dealership.

Although I went in for a winter check up to make sure everything turned out fine. The tech treated me as equally respectful as he did with any other customer. My husband and I were in and out swiftly and on our way to lunch by 12:30. Thanks Hyundai crew!

The buying experience was excellent I found an issue with the sales order after the purchase. Turns out this was an error in paperwork and Deacon Jones made good and corrected the error and refunded after the fact. I would not think twice about buying here again. The Deacon Jones Hyundai Service Department is making a full-court press to build customer loyalty the old-fashioned way; by taking care of vehicle maintenance problems quickly and expertly!
Ashraf met me at the Service counter, was courteous and attentive, and went out to look my vehicle over himself to assess the issue and see if there were any other apparent problems. He was up front about cost potential and made sure I understood everything before beginning the repair.
My Tucson was quickly troubleshot and repaired in the time promised. Ashraf came out to the car with me to make sure everything was correct and that I was fully satisfied before closing out the job.
I won’t hesitate to bring my car to Deacon Jones Hyundai for service any time it needs it!
