I was referred to Vandy 6 years ago and he has kept my rates competitive. He can switch companies to get a better rate but he is still my agent. Nice to deal with one person even if you switch companies. He is also very knowledgeable on the industry and why can effect your rate for home or car.

Have always got the best quotes in general . Doing business with them for last few years . Pleased with them and recommend them to others .

He never picks up his phone and never responds on time. Mostly work from home. I'm tired of following up.

I’ve tried three times to call to set up payment for my insurance plan and they didn’t answer or call back. So I drove to their office listed on google only to find that address belongs to someone else

I had a very poor customer service experience in speaking with Vandy today when I requested a quote. First of all he asked me what was my lowest quote from other providers. Upon receiving that information, we decided to touch base later in the day. Few hours later, he provided me with a low ball quote and upon further inquiring on the limits of liability, dwelling coverages etc, he sounded irritated that a customer was actually trying to get facts of the quotes from him since he never provided a written quote. I learnt that the dwelling coverage he provided was 20% lower than all the other providers quoted in the area. He went on to explain that all other providers were quoting me wrong prices. I asked if he would increase the dwelling coverage in his quote system so I can compare apples to apples on his quote. He mentioned unless I sent him one of the other quotes, not to waste his time ! Really, here is a customer trying to give you business but wants you to provide an accurate quote and you treat them with least care? Speaks volumes of your character, service and value you would provide to customers. If you are looking for a quote, please find another agent in the area.
