Lowes Foods of Cary on High House Road

Fresh produce, great wine and EXCELLENT beer aisle, basically a bartender to let us sample. Bakery is fresh and markdowns can't be missed. Meat department is over the top, helping with meeting any needs. Customer service is also incredibly upbeat. Making them my new go to. By the way, the aroma of their grilled sausages....Hello good 👍

I’m a Burlington native and spent a hot minute trying to find local pork rinds, but with gas stations in this area being newer, I couldn’t find any local pork rinds.
That may not sound like a huge deal, but I decided to check this Lowe’s to see if they had it (I know they’re known for their local support). I went in looking for the pork rinds, and had a bit of trouble. Out of the blue, this fella from the meat department is stocking food and stops to ask me if he can help me find something.
APS not only knew exactly where they were, but he went in the back to see if they had any other flavors that weren’t stocked out yet.
He offered help when he didn’t have to - a lot of folks don’t pay attention to their surroundings, but he was aware of the area around him and took an extra step to ask me. That’s big to me - I’m mid-thirties and have struggled finding friendly folks like I knew growing up in Burlington. It means a lot that he actually saw me, and cared.
Also, props to Tammy for coming out super quick when I asked to speak with a manager - she’s friendly, bright, kind, and exactly the kind of person we need in this world.
I’ll definitely come back. Thanks again APS and Tammy!

Very nice NC chain. This Lowes is bigger than the one I frequent so had a few more specialty sections. Will stop again when I'm in the area.

Love this place. Great beer section, deli. Definitely more expensive than other groceries stores. But worth visiting for the beer selection. Parking is usually easy to find

Great and nice grocery store. Has pretty much everything I need and a cool little beer garden. Stopped by one evening and saw live music also, pretty cool. Never had a bad experience here in the past 8 months.

Usually, I'm in and out of a grocery store without having much interaction with anyone. To be honest, I hate grocery shopping. I don't usually frequent this location, even though it right around the corner, but I was driving past there this afternoon and decided to stop in.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were each naturally pleasant to interact with. One even jogged across the parking lot to get my basket so I didn't have to walk to the return. Made for an unexpectedly pleasant shopping experience.

Never before have I left a grocery store with such a smile on my face. The folks working there around 11:20am on Aug, 1st 2023 were incredibly cheerful, and they uplifted my spirits. The lovely woman working the fast lane bid me a kind fare well, the short-haired lady with grand earrings was singing like she loved her job (along with the great music playing today), and the curly-hair woman was very cheerful when she greeted me (I don't remember the last time I was greeted in a grocery store). If not everyone working there today, those three certainly deserve a raise.

The quality and verity of produce at this Lowes food location is amazing. This is one of the cleanest stores I’ve been in. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. A++

Store is clean and everything looked fresh and yummy. I like their bakery and specialty items. It is a little pricey though.

Clean store and helpful employees. My kids like the racecar carts here more than other places for some reason. I like the basket of free fruit for kids!

Favorite grocery store in the area! They are a pilot store so they often test new products in this store which is really fun. Amazing local selections and produce is always on point. I also love how truly kind the employees are. Really stands out.

Great service from guy in the seafood dept. Needed the larger lobster tails that was being advertised. None in case or packed up. Most usually just say we out, but he was like I will be a few mins. I was willing to wait vs driving to another store trying find them. He came thru with a big box from the freezer.

Im sort of surprised that a 5inx8in sheet cake is $8... considering a mix for 8in round double layer and jar if icing (I know, not the same)... is about $3-4.
BUT otherwise I like the produce and the meat dept.
The employees are always nice, personable but never nosy in your groceries.
Looking forward to the desserts that I probably would not make at home, and seem very reasonably priced!

I love this Lowes foods grocery! Everything is tidy and well-faced and there are always great sales. The aisles are spacious and I can get everything I need in one place. I haven't really tried out the Beer Den, but the deli, butcher, bakery, and prepared foods (Boar's head available!) are delicious and pristine. The Lowes Foods to go (online grocery) ordering is easy and worth it. And this location does the Pick & Prep where they will cut up produce you want so you don't have to spend so much time prepping to cook. (Lifesaver if you meal prep!)

I have gone to Lowe,s Foods for Quite a While and this Location is very Awesome and Very Incredible and very spectacular! There is a Lot of Room and Space. Lots of savings here! Well-stocked, kind service, beautiful store and displays.

Lowes is a pretty standard grocery store, but the produce section is truly enormous, the prepared food/deli is pretty over-the-top, and the beer selection is pretty extensive. Staff is very polite and mellow.

Neat and well arranged store. A different shopping experience in and around Cary .
