The service team were able to help when another dealership across town was unwilling to try. To my surprise, my car was washed/cleaned when it was ready for collection. I was also kept informed on progress and consulted when my input was required. I truly appreciate the service and recommend Crossroads Infiniti of Apex.

Was having trouble with tailgate button and talked to Chris in Service Dept. Turns out there was a switch that was turned off accidentally. Chris was so courtious and professional..he walked me through getting this turned back on and saved me a trip of 100 miles. THANK YOU CHRIS!
