This Pro Wireless has everything from chargers to phone cases, screen protectors to earphones/AirPods. Whatever you need, they have it. I went it to get a new screen protector yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Bobby who nicely greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I came in due to my current screen protector lifting and he was able to notice that my current phone case a little tight which may have been the cause for the screen protector lifting. He put a new screen protector on for me & helped me find a new phone case. I had a great experience here and would recommend them for you phone needs! Thnx again Bobby!

Reading other reviews... I dont know if their staff are salesmen but they are GREAT techs! My screen broke completely.. couldnt see a thing on it and needed it for some work. I called and they said they could have it done in 1.5 hours. They quoted me a better price than most of the repair shops around here (by about $30). I brought it in immediately and sure enough they had it done in the 1.5 hours (enough time for me to grab a bite at the mall and do a little shopping). It looks really good. I will definitely be back here if I need any last minute repairs.

Great service! Ms. Keni the manager was Very informative and overall MAGNIFICENT SERVICE! I'd come back just to get THIS TYPE OF SERVICE! The young woman, was just very personable toward this 45 year old black man. She changed my Note 20 Ultra screen and empathized with it being the 2nd time! I was moved! So much so that I took her a little token of my appreciation and she hugged and thanked me! 🤜🏼🤛🏿. I lost a coworker from Vietnam and this kind exchange reminded me of her - Diem! My 3rd visit and so far so good, visited Saturday near closing time and staff was friendly and very helpful. They recommended a case for my phone not too pricey and put a glass protector on my phone. I received speedy service. I had phone repair at a prior visit and also purchased 2 phone cases and had no problems with customer service. I would recommend this business.

It's a nice place to repair phone place. People are very knowledgeable and patient. My iPhone X was dropped on the ground and both sides was broken. I thought I may need to buy a new phone but I want my information in that phone, so I brought it to them. Luckily, they fixed it, front and back both like new. I got it back the same day I gave to them. I was so happy. They save my money to buy another phone. Thank you guys. Good job!

Samsung S21 was giving no sim recognized. Tmobile couldn't help it was a phone problem. Brought my phone to Pro wireless and they fixed in 4 hours even though they said 3 to 5 days. Excellent customer service with a smile.

READ ENTIRE REVIEW: I come here pretty often because they have a great price on cases and screen protectors, a lot better than Best Buy and AT&T, I went into the store a couple weeks back to have my phone screen replaced since I had broken it on the kitchen floor. I spoke with two different people, however it was Hunter who recommended me their glass screen protector and he explained that since I had my phone screen repaired that I would be given a discounted price of $10 instead of $16 or $14 I believe. I came back yesterday on Sunday to have a new screen protector put on because unfortunately I dropped it and broke it again, HOWEVER MY ACTUAL SCREEN IS NOT BROKEN!! I am SO THANKFUL for the fact that he offered me a discount on a product that keeps my phone from breaking again instead of allowing me the risk of breaking my phone once more. I saw him yesterday and he put another screen protector for me. I really like these people because the bottom line is that if you have an issue with anything here they do everything in their power to make it right. Customer service is difficult and if these people don't get it right the first time, then they sure do make it right the second time, Thanks!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. When it came to the repair on my iPhone 5 they told me it would be about an hour for my camera and cracked screen to be replaced. I received a call only 30minutes after I left that it was ready to go and I could come pick it up! Customer service was awesome as well! The selection of cases was a bit intimidating but I was assisted by one of the employees to pick out the right one for me and they also had tempered glass screen protectors for half the cost of my last one. They even installed it there. Needless to say I walked out of this place with all of the above for less than just a screen repair would have cost me elsewhere. Hands down this is the best wireless repair and accessory store I have been to. I don't normally write reviews but pro wireless most definitely earned mine.

I dropped my week old fresh out of the box brand new phone. It had a huge crack across the screen it would not make calls or text on my phone I went nutts!!!!. I had insurance with sprint but did not want send it back to them because they give refurbished phones back after you give them your brand new phone. I also they would have charged me $230 for a used phone. I was told about Pro Wireless they looked at it and said they could fix it in two hours, they replaced the screen which result in my phone functioning properly. Well......I did it!!!!!! and i am sooooo HAPPY I did. I cost me $149. I was very very very pleased. People...... all phones are different!!!! I saw bad reviews but these people are nice and they do what they can do. Some phones when you drop them are repairable and some repairable and you will not know it unless they attempt to fix it!!!! It's the chance you take. So please do not be so quick to write a bad review about them. Would you want someone to write a bad review about your business and post it? I took a chance and it work and i glad it did!!!!

Best repair center in North Carolina. Very good prices and repair time isn't very long. I'm definitely bringing all my repairs here from now on. Overall had a great experience, I seriously recommend it to anybody! Give them a try, you won't regret it I promise!!

I got my Iphone X repaired last month. Price is cheaper than applecare and some other stores. Got my phone fixed within an hour, which is faster than I thought. My phone has been working smoothly since repaired. Good service. Highly recommend.

We've been coming to Pro Wireless for a couple of years now and have always been satisfied with a job well done. They also sell nice phone cases and screen protectors.

Recently, I dropped my phone 7 and the screen cracked. I immediately drove to Pro Wireless to get it fixed. It was very affordable and quick, making it the best phone repair I've ever gotten. The customer service was also exceptional.

I don't know why there are so many bad remarks about the store. At least, my experience there was pretty good. My phone is Samsung epic touch sprint phone. Everything's fine except the charging port doesn't work. I thought those guys just repaired the glass, but it turned out that they repaired everything about the phone. And when I got the repaired phone, the shop assistant also kindly reminded me every time I pulled out the charger, I should do it softly. Their advice is genuine.,their price is reasonable and quality is also not bad. Anyway, I like them.

Through the recommendation of a friend, I bought a brand new iPhone 4 without a contract through their website 2 months ago. It came in the original iPhone box with all the accessories. The iPhone is legitimately from Apple and there's no gimmicks there. I was very happy with the purchase. But it seems that they also do iPhone repairs in Raleigh so I know where to repair mine if I ever drop it or break it in the future.

I recently shattered my Samsung s7 screen. I was told by a friend to go to Pro Wireless in the mall. Jackie, first greeted me and took in my phone. They told me it would take about a hour. They actually called me 30 mins later that it was finished. Everything worked fine and my phone looked like it was brand new again. I even opted to try out their 3 layer protection for my screen. They were great and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

The young guy with the glasses was extremely professional and very accommodating. Explained all the costs up front.

Their tech in the back was super fast.. took about 4 mins to fix a broken screen on iPhone 6. 7 Mins!! That's fast.

Also, used a yelp check in offer and got 10% off on phone cases and screen protectors. The speed and quality of service makes is a very affordable service.

Also, you get a 90 day warranty from the day of the repair for any issues that pop up and they take care you in house.

Additionally, after their repair using apple OEM parts you apparently get your apple original warranty back. So that's a plus!

Came to pro wireless with my iPhone 6 apart, I had screws missing, within a hour I had a working phone and all the parts that were being miss, they were replace. For the extra parts I needed they gave me a discount. I also like the fact that I got a 60 day warranty with the receipt. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Visiting the store was a great experience. I got my phone screen protector there last year, it still like a new one. I have my itouch 4 screen cracked last week, I went to the store, they told me I can got my screen repaired within 1 hour and I won't lost any of the files in my itouch. It like a new one after repair, they are awesome!!
