The store layout, merchandising, and inventory is awesome.
The manager maybe one of the best sources of outdoor and Orvis knowledge out their. More so he is a great leader and takes care of his customers.
The staff, particularly that crazy dark hair thin lady, are amazing at seeing you find what you need, size you properly, and make it all work.
This store is da bomb!!!!

Fantastic experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, especially Nick. Listened to what I was wanting in a three weight, and found the perfect option which even ended up being cheaper than what I thought I initially wanted. Ended up getting even more items with the money saved.

Orvis is not cheap, but they do take care of their customers for life. We've taken free classes in how to tie fly fishing lures, how to cast a fly fishing rod, and a field trip to a nearby lake to practice fly fishing. Also look for many special events held on locations like BBQs.

We did the fly fishing class and it was awesome. The staff was super helpful, and aside from a few obligatory pitches for some of their gea, it didn't feel like they were trying to do anything but teach people about fly fishing. Can't wait to do the advanced class where they take us out fishing!

Huge fan of this store. Staff are always super nice and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of flies for saltwater and streams. I like most of their clothes too. Makes a grocery run to Whole Foods not as painful.

Craig, Graham and the team are all excellent to work with and really helped me sort out my fly gear needs (and wants) for an upcoming trip out west and I'll definitely be coming back to get some more local tackle. If you're interested in fly fishing at all stop in and have a talk with these folks. The Fly Fishing 101 course was also a great refresher for me and very friendly to the wallet (Free!!). Last but not least they had an event for dogs today at noon that brought in some handsome furry friends and the store is always dog friendly.

Decent selection of tying materials which is what I was there for. Scored a fly rod case on sale was an added bonus. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable always happy to help answer questions.

Fantastic store with everything and anything you'd need for fly fishing or gear.. the staff really takes thr cake as always.. can't say enough great things about Graham and Craigslist both...loved them at the Raleigh store and great to see them at their 2nd store as well.. if you need literally anything for fly fishing they've got it. But the biggest thing, especially being new to the sport...they treat every question seriously and never look down on you for not knowing even the simple stuff.. they go out of their way to educate you and help you in your journey. They have some great events and an awesome patio. Very excited for the future of this place!
