I took my 88-year-old mother and my 90-year-old father to the store on Wade Avenue in Raleigh. Could not have been more pleased with the assistance we received. Staff were very attentive and helpful, particularly to my mother who has trouble walking sales person personally escorted her around the store Lending her his arm for balance. She tried on probably 10 pairs of shoes. My mother has had a toe removed and as a result has a difficult time finding shoes that fit her feet.

Fleet Feet was great! They were quick to help and insightful on all different kinds of shoes and foot health. It was nice to get a personalized foot scan to see where I needed support. Definitely recommend!

Just spent an hour with Anita and she was fabulous. First time I have ever returned shoes after wearing for 50 days. She explained all the options and I walked out with a brand I have never worn before and some insoles as well. The best place to get athletic shoes - they stand behind their products and the staff are very knowledgeable-BRAVO!!

My Physical Therapist suggested I go there, since I'd been wearing pretty inexpensive sneakers my whole life, and was now having back and neck issues at age 70. The sales person explained their system, tested and showed me the specifics about my feet, and brought out several pairs she thought might work well. One was clearly best, and I asked about other colors. She brought up the website to see options, and then brought out a different pair of sneakers from a different company that was more suitable to my color needs. Sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had an outstanding experience at Fleet Feet. This store is top-notch when it comes to athletic gear and footwear. The customer service I received from Rae was exceptional. As an amputee, finding the perfect pair of shoes for walking can be challenging, but Rae was incredibly kind and patient. She dedicated time to understand my situation and helped me find the ideal shoes. I'm very grateful for her expertise and the wonderful service I received. I will definitely be back for my future athletic gear needs!

Axel was super helpful and knowledgeable. It was cool to have my foot measured and get all this feedback and insight into my gait, size, etc. to get a great fitting shoe. With how expensive good shoes are, having an expert guide me through the process and tailor it to my foot made a big difference.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Lois was so great and very helpful. She guided me through the entire process of a return and helped me get my feet measured as well. The employees I spoke to on the phone were amazing as well. Honestly would highly recommend this store to friends. The employees are just so friendly!

Loved the experience I had at Fleet Feet!! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by such a nice individual. Didn’t even wait a minute!! This staff member was so nice and knowledgeable! I didn’t catch his name but he did have glasses if that helps!
I also left with a pair of shoes that were beyond comfortable. I can’t wait to incorporate them into my everyday life!

I needed a good pair of walking shoes due to knee pain and knew I would need to spend more than I was accustomed to. I spent a day researching shoes on the web and pricing them on Amazon before going to Fleet Feet. The associate, Rae, took a lot of time with me and did a comprehensive analysis of my walk pattern and foot profile. She brought out 4 pairs and waited patiently as I tried them all. After purchasing a pair, I compared the price to Amazon and the prices were within a few dollars and the confidence I had in the process was worth a lot more than the difference. I have been very happy with the shoes since and will definitely go back the next time I need shoes.

I was greeted as soon as I came in store. Rep was very knowledgeable about support of each sneaker. Did not have color in back, checked to see if could be ordered and it was. My order was placed and I should have within 5 days.

Very patient knowledgeable staff that assisted me in finding a shoe that met my needs. Was greeted quickly and tried on many shoes to find the one that felt best on my feet. Did not pressure me into buying shoes that I didn't like because of feel or price. Would recommend going

My doctor recommended I go to Fleet Feet for new shoes and arch supports. After visiting, I can see why. I had the most thorough and comprehensive fitting, and couldn't be more impressed with the service and knowledge of the Fleet Feet staff. I worked with Curtis. Curtis took his time explaining everything to me, and I never felt rushed. The fit test was awesome! Once we landed on the best shoe for me, he took the same amount of time and energy on the arch supports. I walked out with the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, and arch supports to help with tendonitis I've been struggling with. Great job Curtis. I would recommend this store to anyone, and I will certainly be back.

Fleet Feet is the best! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! They make sure you get the best shoe for your needs…runner, walker, just need a good fitting shoe, they can help you! My family and I are long time customers and we have had nothing but great experiences at Fleet Feet.

I visit this place almost every year. The shop has a great selection, and the staff have fantastic customer service. Andrew was super attentive and knew exactly what they did and didn’t have in stock, and what the minor differences were of the shoes I tried on. Brian spent the extra time to wrap my purchase for me when I said it was a gift. Always walk out of there happy.

Keenan and other employees greeted me as I walked in. I received excellent customer service from KG. I have CMT and a foot deformity that makes it difficult for me to find shoes. She spent over an hour helping me and bringing out many options for me to try. She was knowledgeable about their shoes. The 3D scanner was really cool and helpful as well. I ended up getting some Brooks Addiction 2 shoes ordered, and I can't wait to try them.

The employee who helped us, Curtis, was incredibly friendly and clearly an expert in running shoes. Despite being an expert, he explained things very thoroughly and clearly to my wife and I (who are not experts in running). He made the entire experience really enjoyable and we both left with a pair of shoes we have been super happy with. However much you’re paying Curtis is not enough!

Seriously obsessed with fleet feet. Best store ever!!! The locations of Ridgewood Raleigh and Morrisville are the most helpful and educated people at any sneaker store I've had. Kind. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable. I can go on and on. The extreme best!

Really wonderful customer service from Keenan! The individualized experience was unexpected and so appreciated. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient in helping me find a new pair of shoes and insoles to help with my plantar fasciitis. This will definitely be my go to store for new shoes!

This place reminds me of the need to support brick and mortar stores. Tried ordering two new pairs of running shoes off the internet, both did not fit. Went in here, they scanned my feet and found me a pair of shoes that were the perfect fit. Skip the online shopping and go straight here.

So glad to finally experience Fleet Feet Raleigh. I have had equally outstanding service and support in Wilmington and now Raleigh stores. I always walk out happy and the Raleigh store did not disappoint. The sales staff/fitter in this case was very knowledgable, patient, and enjoyable to get to know as well (icing on the cake!). I couldn't be happier with my experience or purchases.
