We have a lot of choices when it comes to mattress stores, but I couldn’t be happier that we chose this location of Mattress Firm. I was honestly dreading walking into a store and getting the full pressure sales experience, but that is not all what happened. William was one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with- his knowledge of products, advice and experience made our buying experience so easy. I felt comfortable with my choices and he answered every question we had with confidence. He was so friendly, fun and great to work with. I highly recommend William and this location!

William was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in the process of choosing a mattress. This was the first time in over 20 years that my wife and I purchased a mattress. We had a truly wonderful experience purchasing a mattress. He made the entire experience a pleasure.

Excellent client service. Very knowledgeable. Really appreciated not just the discussion of the bed a its structure but really appreciated the medical aspects the sales representative brought up. Very valid medical aspects were brought up, and they were not discussed as if the individual was a doctor. The sales representative had enough knowledge of the medical side of the bed to allow me as a customer to a great choice in beds.

William is a fabulous salesman!! He knows his products and was a great help for me to make a decision! Great guy and I’m looking forward to the new mattress arriving tomorrow!

Had a great experience with Keith. We had been looking to upgrade from Queen to King and found a great mattress at a solid sale price! Also picked up a couple more mattresses for another family member. Able to purchase all together but have shipped to different locations - Huge Bonus! A very easy and pleasant shopping experience where they listened to what our real needs were and not trying to talk us into some huge upsale.
