Beth at the triangle town center Lids was super helpful with assisting me find a specific hat. I live 45 minutes from the store so I called to ensure availability before making the drive. They didn’t have the particular hat I was initially interested in but Beth sent me photos of similar hats to prevent me from wasting a trip. I was blown away at this level of customer service. She was amazing and definitely went well above and beyond to assist. Super appreciative!!

Purchased a hat with a custom embroider from Lids for a boyfriend a few years back & it looked great! The employees were very patient & helpful explaining the embroidering process and walking me through the many choices of fonts & styles that I could select.

These guys do great custom work fast they also have a huge selection of hats they usually have good sales going on as well
