Bobbie has booked several trips for us and they have all been great. Everyone should give them a try. They handle all the details and everything runs smooth for a stress free vacation.

This agency in TR is amazing at planning small to big group trips as well as helping companies trying to assimilate travel as an incentive for their employees.

The staff here is great to work with, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to my next big vacation!!

Great people and great place

Many of my family vacations have been planned with Putman. Their agents have always been great at asking what specific needs and wants we have in a getaway, then delivering quality options at fair prices.

Putman Travel was bought out by Rovia. That's why they never answer. I'm thinking about trying out for a job at their call center.

Great employees

We booked our honeymoon through them. All went well until they received their payment. Once it was paid in full, the communication stopped. No one checked in before, during, or after our trip. Our experience was very impersonal and will use a travel company with better customer service in the future. Very disappointed and will advise friends to do the same.

Slow and incompetent

The absolute worst excuse for a travel agency. There are too many other travel agents who understand the importance of prompt service, being knowledgeable in your trade, and treating your client with respect and professionalism. Jami Hellyer in particular was downright impolite, ineffective, and disrespectful. I have been a realtor for 20 years and have a steady and loyal stream of clients whom I would NEVER refer to Putnam Travel. Good luck staying in business and I am sincerely sorry for anyone who entrusts this company with their travel plans.

Just called to book a 7 day vacation. The lady laughed if asked I asked her a couple of questions. Then hangs up once I tell her I don't like her attitude and she is very unprofessional. What a shame!
