Food Lion

I really enjoy going to our Food Lion here in Travelers Rest. Hours a great and staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful if I can't find an item. So glad they have someone at a register and people who aren't afraid to smile and talk to you. Prices are competitive. Love the coupons. Store is always clean and well stocked. Veggies and fruit are fresh. The wings and chicken bar is a wonderful treat when I splurge too.

We have started doing most of our shopping at Food Lion whenever we are in the area.( We don't have one in Pickens, but go to Traveler's Rest or Seneca store ( and Edisto Island when on vacation.)

Staff here has always been exceptionally helpful and friendly. Th people make this a great place to shop.

Cleaner and more organized than when it was Bi-Lo. I wish they still had self checkout, but they always have enough cashiers.

This store used to be a Bi-Lo grocery store. Food Lion is currently refurbishing the inside and updating it for a better experience. I was a little leery at first, but I have grown to love this store. It is quicker to run in and out than the nearby big box discount store. I like Food Lion's brand of products, especially the organic Nature's Way. Reasonable prices, good sales, good customer reward program.

Reasonable prices and a great deli selection and they have sandwiches you can pick up or fried chicken, so one stop for picnics and grocery shopping !

Great service! Although I was raised near a city (Albany, GA) that had a Food Lion, this was my first time shopping in one. I live in Atlanta and visited this one for a friend's wedding and found some great deals.

Great experience, greeted several times while shopping found items looking for in sale with card have not shopped Food lion a lot,but will start shopping more.cashier was great.

Excellent grocery store and has everything you need. The store is clean and the employees are friendly, helpful and have that dry, funny sense of humor that the people of the high country are known for. The charming, keen, ladies up front that manage the registers make coming to this store a humorous and positive experience! Thank you!

I can't find Topo Chico sparkling water anywhere else.

I shopped at Bi-Lol for twenty years at this location. They ended up being a bunch of snotty managers that limited my EBT purchases.

Food Lion has great employees now and the store even kept the restroom open during the pandemic unlike every other business.

Walmart in TR is the same with rude employees and constantly screwing up prices. I encourage everyone to visit our new Food Lion...stress free.

Grew up in NC with Food Lion. I was hesitant after being a long time BI Lo customer at this location. Well, I was even surprised. Store has been restored to it's former glory and I didn't realize until now...the old bilo employees were not very friendly. I hope Food Lion keeps up and everyone in TR should stop going to our horrid WalMart and support them....they gave a great selection.

Going through a remodel but it seems like the store will be even better. The selection is still good and the shelves are actually fuller now than they were a mo th ago.

Not alot of variety, but all the Food Lion brand stuff I've tried is fantastic! So happy Larry decided to stay. My 8year old son was happy that his buddy Mr. Larry is there, now grocery shopping with mom want be boring.
